Set against a stunning backdrop of mountains, on the shore of Loch Linnhe, this beautifully renovated, traditional, detached Highland holiday cottage occupies a secluded setting amidst 14,000 acres of the remote highland sporting estate of Kingairloch. Its remote location is reached by foot along a 1-mile walk which includes crossing a river, or by guest’s own high ground clearance 4x4 vehicle. The owner will deliver food and luggage if required. Guests may enjoy the Boathouse Restaurant. The area is unspoilt and known for its mountains, lochs and wildlife. Shop 14-15 miles.

  2. An amazing cottage for those seeking a little piece and quiet and luxury. You’re not far from the Isle of Mull and would recommend a trip to Sanna Bay, its a little drive but worth it. The Boathouse makes it, an amazing place - the people really friendly, the food amazing - a real treat. Highly recommend. March 2012.

  5. This is a very comfortable cottage, right in the middle of the natural wilderness. Isolated but you can’t beat stepping out of your door right into nature. Aug 2010.
  6. Absence of carpets was a big agvandage when holidaying with 3 dogs. The cottage was a lovely place to stay when you couldnt go out due to appauling weather. Katrina was very attentive with out being instusive, always around when needed. July 2010.

  8. This property is perfect for those who want to get away from it all. Its warm and modern inside and very comfortable.Very private with deer, otters and a large bird life from the windows. The people from the estate will do anything they can to make your stay a pleasure.There is a lovely restaurant across the loch where the food is second to none, a lot of which comes from the estate itself. Absolutely brill. Oct 2009.
