A well appointed second (top) floor holiday apartment (partly shown, far left of picture), with a large south west facing balcony and a reserved parking space. Set in a premier location only yards from the seafront, overlooking the sea, croquet lawn and cricket field. A short level walk to the shops, indoor pool and all amenities. Family attractions include the Donkey Sanctuary and the Crealy Adventure Theme Park. The cathedral city of Exeter is only 15 miles, and offers a Maritime Museum, theatre, shops and restaurants. Sidmouth offers shops and pubs with a public car park opposite.

Communal stairs to entrance. All on second floor: Living/dining room. Kitchen/breakfast room. Bathroom with shower over bath and toilet. 2 bedrooms: 1 double, 1 twin.

Gas central heating and electricity included. Freeview TV. DVD. Electric cooker. Microwave. Washer/dryer. Balcony. Parking (1 car, reserved space in car park opposite). No smoking. No children under 12 years. Family bookings only.

  1. I always love my holiday at Seaview I have been staying here for the last 15 years so it feels like coming home. It is a perfect spot to enjoy some people watching and of course the flat enjoys a lovely sea view ! Some visitors complain about the parking, I find I use the car park opposite for loading and unloading and then I park the car in the road ( it is quite a walk but I tend not to use my car very much during the week) Overall Seaview is perfect for a holiday in Sidomouth. I have already booked for next year! June 2012.
  2. The flat is well located and well equiped and the only draw back is there is no parking although there is a public car park across the road. This did not put us off as this was our second visit to this property. March 2012.
  3. Was clean, bright and spacious. Don’t forget to include tea towels when packing your bathroom towels. We did so ended up having to buy some. July 2011.

We found the flat to be of excellent standard with a brilliant sea-view, sitting on the balcony sipping or and watching the beginnings of folk week and the interesting people that come with it pass by, whilst just watching the world go by was fantastic ! The only thing that dampened our holiday was the car parking :-( A reserved space in the Bedford car-park would add so much to this holiday let !! July 2011.

  6. A newly redecorated flat that was very clean and comfortable. We sat at the table having breakfast and watched the waves rolling in on the beach in the sunshine. We left the car and walked to the shops and then to the Anchor in the evening for a lovely meal and bottle of wine. A really relaxing weekend. March 2011.

  9. A light, bright and airy apartment, very well equipped and benefiting from some recent refurbishments, superbly centered for the shops, the beach and all sorts of recreational activities. Having parked the car on arrival, we don’t bother using it again until its time to go home! Just love it. July 2010.

  13. The property was very well equipped, although a little worn, in particular the bathroom. The heating was easy to use, luckily. There are some issues with parking. Nov 2009.
