Property Description

Seashell Cottage nestles within the private landscaped grounds of Pendra Loweth holiday village in an AONB. Falmouth offers many interesting shops, restaurants and inns. The National Maritime Museum, historic Pendennis Castle and Falmouth’s Harbour are well worth a visit. Within walking distance are the sandy beaches of Maenporth and Swanpool. The local area offers golf, bowling, sailing, fishing, boat trips and horse riding. Shop, cafe and licensed bar 200 yards, pub 1 mile.

Ground floor: Living room with patio doors/dining room/kitchen. Separate toilet. First floor: 2 bedrooms: 1 double, 1 bunk. Bathroom with shower over bath and toilet.

NSH, electricity, bed linen and towels included. Travel cot. High chair. Video. DVD. Stereo/CD. Electric cooker. Microwave. Washing machine. Full laundry facilities on site. Shared gardens, private patio and furniture. Barbecue. Parking (2 cars). Shared heated plunge pool, jacuzzi, sauna, gym. 3 tennis courts. NB: Unfenced stream, 100 yards.

  1. Great accommodation well equipped even tennis rackets provided. Site really kept clean and garden tidy. Lovely if taking a dog as grassy areas for quick walks and footpaths nearby. Struggled to find dog friendly beaches at times probably easier to go out of season in that respect. Location very peaceful and quiet and felt very safe. Sept 2011.
  2. It was in an excellent location to enable us to get to the places that we wanted to visit very easily. The only comment I would make about the directions to the cottage is that we found the road up through Budock Water and then turning right into Roscarrick Road a better way of getting to the cottage.   3. Seashell cottage was a real home away from home. It was very very clean, very comfortable and fully functional for our young family. The welcome pack and local information guide was a very nice touch and helpful. Is a nice central base for exploring both south and north Cornwall. Is recommended as 3 stars in brochure but would definetly give more. Sept 2010.

  7. Well equipped. All appliances worked. Bed not the most comfy. The recommended approach was via a narrow windy road - however we found another approach which we felt was safer. Sept 2009.
