1. These terms and conditions should be read with the Booking Conditions and insurance information in our brochures or on our website. Especially note Sections 2, 4 and 7 of the Booking Conditions
2. Offer applies only to bookings for 2014 which are booked before 13th April 2014.
3. The low deposit payable under this offer is £25.
4. Does not apply to properties that sleep 10 or more.
5. The difference between the £25 low  deposit and the usual deposit shown in our main brochure or website is payable with the balance payment, which we must receive no later than 10 weeks before your booking starts, or at the time of cancellation if you cancel your booking. This payment will include all applicable charges as detailed on your booking confirmation, including any insurance premiums and any Ferry costs. If payment is not received in full on time, we can treat your booking as cancelled by you for a non-refundable reason. If this happens, you will be responsible for cancellation charges (as shown in our main brochure or our website) including any deferred Booking Fee, Personal Travel Insurance and Ferry crossings that you have chosen to buy, all of which must be paid immediately.

Property Description

Seapool House is an architect designed luxury detached house situated in a superb position overlooking the beautiful river Ewe in the charming village of Poolewe on Scotland’s stunning west coast. Named after the famous salmon beat on the river, which it overlooks, Seapool House enjoys wonderful views of the renowned and beautiful river Ewe. Visitors can lie in bed listening to the tumbling river below, with the occasional pine martin ambling along the bank on the far side. Absolutely magical. The house is finished to an exceptionally high standard, whilst achieving a warm, cottage style ambience. There are solid oak floors with under floor heating on the ground floor. The lounge focuses on a welcoming wood burning stove, with deep leather sofas surrounding. French windows lead out from both lounge and large kitchen/dining areas to the patio and garden grounds beyond. All three bedrooms are superbly presented, with high quality colour coordinated soft furnishings.

Ground Floor: Property has oil central heating and comprises:
Lounge: With wood burning stove, satellite Free view HD TV with blu ray DVD player and radio/CD; French doors open onto patio and garden.
Kitchen/Dining Room: With electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge and dishwasher, a spacious well equipped kitchen with large dining table for six; French doors to garden
Utility Room: With washer/dryer and freezer
Cloakroom: With WC and wash basin.

First Floor: Bedroom 1: With king size bed and en suite facilities with shower enclosure, WC and wash basin
Bedroom 2: With two single beds
Bedroom 3: With double bed
Bathroom: With shower over bath, WC and wash basin

All oil, electricity, bed linen and towels included. First supply of fuel for stove provided. Travel cot and high chair available.
