It is within walking distance of Church Bay’s fine sandy beach, where dogs are allowed all year round and you can find rock pools at low tide, high cliffs and nesting sea-birds. Peacefully situated on the north-western coast of Anglesey, it offers lovely coastal walks from the doorstep. It is 1/2 mile to the beach with restaurants, which include an excellent seafood restaurant. Cemaes Bay is 6 miles, Trearddur Bay, with sailing and golf, is 10 miles away. Holyhead 12 miles. Shop 3 miles.
