1. These terms and conditions should be read with the Booking Conditions and insurance information in our brochures or on our website. Especially note Sections 2, 4 and 7 of the Booking Conditions
2. Offer applies only to bookings for 2014 which are booked before 13th April 2014.
3. The low deposit payable under this offer is £25.
4. Does not apply to properties that sleep 10 or more.
5. The difference between the £25 low  deposit and the usual deposit shown in our main brochure or website is payable with the balance payment, which we must receive no later than 10 weeks before your booking starts, or at the time of cancellation if you cancel your booking. This payment will include all applicable charges as detailed on your booking confirmation, including any insurance premiums and any Ferry costs. If payment is not received in full on time, we can treat your booking as cancelled by you for a non-refundable reason. If this happens, you will be responsible for cancellation charges (as shown in our main brochure or our website) including any deferred Booking Fee, Personal Travel Insurance and Ferry crossings that you have chosen to buy, all of which must be paid immediately.

18th century fisherman’s cottage with harbour views

Situated in the heart of Brixham with spectacular views, this 18th century fisherman’s cottage has been decorated and furnished to a good standard and boasts wonderful views from most rooms of the harbour and towards Torbay. Brixham is a lovely old fishing port with many restaurants and pubs. There is a boat daily that will take you over to Torquay, where you can visit the many shops, theatres, Torre Abbey Sands and the Sea Life Centre. Paignton has alot to offer including sandy beaches and shops. An ideal base for a family holiday. Shop, pub and restaurant 100 yards.

Ground floor: Living room. Dining room with tiled floor. Kitchen with tiled floor. Shower room with toilet. Steep stairs, low beams to first floor: 2 bedrooms: 1 twin, 1 bunk with low beam. Bathroom with toilet. Steep stairs with low beam to second floor: 1 double (5ft) bedroom.

Gas central heating, gas, electricity, bed linen and towels included. Travel cot. High chair. Freeview TV. DVD. Electric cooker. Microwave. Washing machine. Fridge/freezer. Wi-fi. Enclosed courtyard. On road parking (300 yards). No smoking.

  1. We had a lovely stay in Sea Nook. It’s in a great location with amazing views across the harbour. The photos really don’t do this house justice, they need to show the bedrooms and the family bathroom! The parking isn’t brilliant but can be worked around as long as you don’t mind a short walk and it’s a great base for the area. Sept 2012.

Fully resourced kitchen for those wanting to cook although we took full advantage of the wide variety of restaurants. Extra care taken by owners to ensure you are fully informed and welcomed before arrival. Great value for money, will certainly go again. June 2012.
  3. Set over 3 floors this character home has charm and comfort a plenty. The views from the front of the house and top garden of the harbour and surrounding area are stunning, particularly at night. The beds, linen and duvet covers are of good quality ensuring a good nights sleep is had by all. The location is fantastic, whether you are travelling by foot, car or even boat! Sea Nook and Brixham are definitely places that you want to visit again and again. April 2012.

  5. The accommodation was excellent, steep stairs so if you have mobility issues definitely not for you. Great for family we have two kids and it was superb. Great location for visiting the zoo and good beaches. Boat trips fab just loved it. The views were just great. June 2011.
