Customer Comments

Selected comment(s) from customers who have enjoyed staying at this property:
  1. Good location with great views towards Doc Martins house. Cottage is cosy with everything given thought. Good bonus of the parking available up the road. Sept 2012.
  2. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sea Glimpses; a real bonus was the ’Fresh from the Sea’ cafe/sea food bar opposite the cottage. It meant we could have a variety of wonderful seafood including Dressed Crab and Lobster fresh from the sea (as it says on the tin!) for meals in the evening at a realistic price (and the staff were really helpful not only with the presentation of their produce but with local information!) An altogether good experience that we would not hesitate to recommend!! June 2011.
  3. A comfortable and well equipped cottage, 1 minute to see the sea, only downside was lack of parking, cr parks close by alway’s seemed busy. However thoroughly enjoyed the holiday, fantastic scenery! June 2011.
  4. Ideal for us as we were coming & going a lot! Lovely location near the From The Sea fish shop - nice crab sandwich! Would also recommend the Golden Lion Pub. Costal path to village from the car park is the best way to the harbour, glorious views, not to be missed. May 2011.
  5. Have stayed at the property before so we knew what to expect. Oct 2010.
  6. Lovely cottage, modern decor, cosy, all amenities. Sept 2010.
  7. Great location. Local parking easy to access. Aug 2010.
  8. Well equipped; added bonus loads of dvds for a rainy evening. July 2010.
  9. Well situated, far enought from road but near enough to Port Issac itself and local shops. The only problem as such, was parking but this was relayed in contact with the owner and itself did not pose a real problem. June 2010.
  10. Well laid out, with good quality furniture and fittings. Although TV was tiny! March 2010.
  11. Clean, well presented and equipped cottage in a quiet courtyard. Owner was very helpful in providing all the information we needed in advance of an enjoyable stay. The cottage is more than adequate in size for a family whilst retaining a cosy atmosphere. Bottle of wine on arrival was most welcome. An extensive library of information on Port Isaac and the wider area was most helpful in planning our days out. Jan 2010.
  12. The cottage was cosy and very well equipped. We had everything we could possibly want and were given a fantastic bottle of wine on arrival! There were even basics such as tea, coffee, sugar etc. Dec 2009.
  13. The cottage was lovely and homely, it is in a great location for doing local walks and Port Issac itself is a pretty fishing village. Will definitely be returning. March 2009.
  14. the accommodation was excellent we were really impressed and the owners made us feel really welcome in their home. We will definitely be back, the area is lovely and the watershed and crows nest made us and our children feel very welcome every time we went there, the walk over the cliffs at Port Gaverne is lovely so is Rock and the ferry trip to Padstow is a must. Sept 2007.
