Situated above the stunning Fowey River, close to the harbour and mouth of the estuary, this stylish holiday apartment standing as one of a pair, with stunning views from the large balcony is in an idyllic location. A five-minute stroll leads to the heart of one of Cornwall’s most picturesque coastal towns. Fowey’s narrow streets, steps and alleys run steeply down the quays and estuary, and there is an excellent choice of shops, coffee shops, curio shops, pubs and restaurants (local seafood a speciality). A town tourist bus provides sightseeing trips during the high season where one of the UK’s top yachting centres can be visited, with ample opportunities for sailing and other water sports, as well as boat trips to see dolphins and seals. Eden project just 7 miles away and St Austell, 8 miles. Shop 300 yards, pub 10 yards.

  3. Sea Blue is a nice, clean and spacious property over two floors. There is a very large balcony overlooking the river Fowey, that provides excellent views of the river, boats etc., and really adds a lovely dimension to the property. The beds are very squeaky, which is annoying. Otherwise, a delightful place to stay. July 2011.
  4. Beautiful location with a large balcony over looking the estuary. We had fabulous weather for March even managing to have lunch on the Balcony. Short walk from town where there was a vast number of resturants to suit all pockets. Would definately book again and would also like to go for the regatta. March 2011.

  14. The apartment was extremely well-equipped and importantly in early January - comfortably heated. The beds were comfortable. The fact that the owner lives on the floor below was helpful in clearing up some small points - e.g. getting access to the Broadband, and getting the DVD player to work. The parking was not easy, but adequate given care. Dec 2009.
