Sandy Beach is a detached single storey holiday bungalow in a quiet location at Chapel Point, a short walk to the beach and 1 mile north of the village of Chapel-St-Leonards. It makes a great base for a family holiday and is situated on a popular stretch of the east coast between the seaside towns of Skegness and Mablethorpe. A seal sanctuary, Hardy’s Animal Farm and Fantasy Island, all within a short drive. There are fishing lakes, golf, good walks and cycle routes, and dog friendly areas of the beach. Shop, pub and restaurant 1/4 mile.

Ground floor: Living/dining room with laminate floor. Kitchen with tiled floor. 3 bedrooms: 1 double, 1 twin, 1 bunk. Bathroom with shower over bath and toilet. First floor: Games room.

Woodburner in living room (initial fuel included). Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen and towels included. Travel cot. High chair. Freeview TV. DVD. CD. Electric hob and double oven. Microwave. Washing machine. Dishwasher. Fridge/freezer. Enclosed lawned garden with patio and furniture. Barbecue. Parking (2 cars). Cycle store.   3. The property was clean, modern and comfortable. It had everything needed for two couples and two small children including a back garden where the children could play safely plus a BBQ. There was a welcome pack on our arrival and we were able to use the owner’s chairs and windbreak for the beach. Aug 2011.
  4. We had a great time at the bungalow, it was a lot larger than we thought. We had our elderly parents with us and we were relieved to see no steps, it was very old folk friendly. We also took our yorkie who had the run of the large dog friendly garden. There’s a BBQ in the garden which is completely private, there is a games room in the attic with a pool table. In the evening there is a 2 minute stroll to Chapel Point beach and on the way back there is a nice pub with a beer garden and a nice chip shop. The owner was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this holiday to anyone, it was great. We were going to go again in September but unfortunately its fully booked. Thank you very much. Jayne & Peter. July 2011.
