This holiday property is situated in a desirable elevated postition with stunning views extending from National Trust countryside to the glorious 3 mile Woolacombe beach, Putsborough, Baggy Point and across the channel to Lundy Island. The extensive surf washed golden sands of Woolacombe, unquestionably one of the finest Blue Flag beaches in Britain, is just a short walk away. Woolacombe village itself is lively and popular with all age groups, offering a selection of pubs, restaurants, shops, amusements. A network of coastal footpaths can be taken from your doorstep, or a short drive to nearby Ilfracombe, Lee Bay, the remaining Golden Coast beaches of Croyde, Saunton and Exmoor National Park. Woolacombe beach ½ mile. Shop 55 yards and pub ½ mile.

Steps to first floor entrance. Spacious living/dining room with sea views and door to balcony. Kitchen with tiled floor. Three steps down to double bedroom with 5ft bed, en-suite shower room and toilet. Twin bedroom. Bathroom with spa bath, shower cubicle and toilet. Separate toilet.

  1. Excellent accommodation, with a fantastic view over Woolacombe. Absolutely faultless, and we will definitely go again. Great location for family holiday, and good links to other resorts. The beach is great, and we were very lucky with the weather, and spent the first day sunning ourselves. Not bad for the middle of October! Oct 2011.
  2. This was the best-equipped holiday property we have ever stayed in, anywhere. With wonderful views to the front, it was a comfortable haven from the rather gusty weather! There was no shortage of really good pubs and restaurants nearby and it was conveniently located for visiting several towns of character and places of interest. Our only word of caution: perhaps it’s not suitable for anyone not so sprightly any more, due to the access staircase. Otherwise, highly recommended; you won’t be disappointed! Sept 2011.
  3. Steps up to the apartment are steep. Views from the apartment are wonderful and it is big and comfortable. The kitchen equipment is more than you could ever need. May 2011.

  5. I was blown away by this apartment the photos don’t show just how lovely it is. So spacious and homely. I really could live there!! And it much easier to go through Woolacombe Bay and to the right rather than the unmade road. March 2011.

  15. The apartment was fantastic both the interior and the views from the living room. Finished to a high standard and everything had been well placed and thought of - nothing was missing! The area (Woolacombe) was lovely, plenty to do - walking, relaxing, meals out etc. Will most certainly go back to the area and if planning to go to Woolacombe would go back to the accommodation.
