This holiday cottage, which is set just 100 yards from the beautiful harbour of Padstow offers a rare opportunity to stay in this much sought after holiday destination. Equipped to a very good standard the cottage has been decorated and furnished with much flair, set on three floors it boasts a terraced area to the rear ideal for alfresco dining. Padstow has much to offer at any time of the year with excellent restaurants including Rick Stein’s seafood restaurant, pubs, coastal walks, sandy beaches and coves. Boat trips can be enjoyed from the harbour across to Rock or just a few hundred yards from the property lies the Camel Trail which leads to Bodmin Moor and offers cycling, walking and horse riding along the Camel Estuary. This cottage is well placed to visit some of the many tourist attractions that this area has to offer including the legendary Tintagel, the mystical home of King Arthur, Boscastle with its pretty harbour and Port Isaac, where the TV series ’Doc Martin’ is filmed. You can also take a short drive to the Eden Project or to the wonderful gardens on the south coast. Shops and pubs 100 yards.

  3. Great location in Padstow, you are only moments away from the harbour and all the things Padstow has to offer. The property is cleaned to a high standard and has all the things you need if you wish to cater for yourselves. The only area to be improved would be the showers could do with the grout etc being refreshed. Fantastic welcome hamper which is a real treat!! Sept 2011.
  4. Well furnished and equipped. Plenty of room for 6 people. Property on three floors so develop a good memory if sleeping on top floor to save climbing the stairs too often. Top bedroom had fabulous views but was a little ’bijou’ causing a few bumps on the head till we were used to it. Nevertheless a really lovely property in a great position. Aug 2011.

  19. The Sandpipers was a beautiful accommodation, we had a lovely week, the owners did not miss anything. The welcoming basket with goodies was lovely along with the welcoming card and information about the area. We have stayed in the area many times, but his was our first time in Padstow. We will be back next year if available. Sept 2009.
  20. It was clean, very well presented. It was really well equipped too. We would not hesitate about going back and staying there. It was our first visit to Padstow and won’t be our last.
