1. These terms and conditions should be read with the Booking Conditions and insurance information in our brochures or on our website. Especially note Sections 2, 4 and 7 of the Booking Conditions
2. Offer applies only to bookings for 2014 which are booked before 13th April 2014.
3. The low deposit payable under this offer is £25.
4. Does not apply to properties that sleep 10 or more.
5. The difference between the £25 low  deposit and the usual deposit shown in our main brochure or website is payable with the balance payment, which we must receive no later than 10 weeks before your booking starts, or at the time of cancellation if you cancel your booking. This payment will include all applicable charges as detailed on your booking confirmation, including any insurance premiums and any Ferry costs. If payment is not received in full on time, we can treat your booking as cancelled by you for a non-refundable reason. If this happens, you will be responsible for cancellation charges (as shown in our main brochure or our website) including any deferred Booking Fee, Personal Travel Insurance and Ferry crossings that you have chosen to buy, all of which must be paid immediately.

Sitting in the heart of the Jura region, not far from the Swiss border and easily accessible by motorway, this detached holiday property offers a tastefully decorated interior with all comfort features including a well fitted kitchen and cosy lounge. To the rear is an outdoor dining area and orchards.

It is an excellent base from which to explore this unspoilt region, either on foot through the hills and gorges or by car for day trips to the majestic waterfalls of Doubs River, Neuchatel Lake, Ornans and Arbois resort.

The local gastronomy is also well-known for cheese, smoked sausage and wine.

Shop, café/bar and restaurant 2km.

Ground floor: Lounge/diner with double sofa bed, kitchen/diner. First floor: Shower room with basin. Separate toilet and basin. 2 bedrooms: 1 double, 1 twin.

Electric central heating, initial 8kw power included in rent, remainder by meter reading at end of stay, colour TV, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, private lawned garden, barbecue, on street parking. One pet welcome.

  1. Based in a small village, not postcard pretty but offering all the basic shops from small supermarket to garage, this location was an excellent base for exploring the surrounding countryside. Do try the Source Bleu for very fresh trout. June 2012.
  2. Very traditional French country cottage in every way downstairs, with modern facilities upstairs. As explained in brochure, and in telephone call to welcome cottages, the stairs are steep. Sept 2010.
  3. Very spacious for 2 and well fitted, especially the kitchen with a full cooker (hob and oven), microwave, dishwasher, fridge and utensils. Good shower and washing machine in the bathroom. Good base for walking and cycling (took our own bikes) with booklets in the property describing excellent walks and cycle routes from the door and further afield. Boulangerie 5 minutes walk away, small supermarket 5 minutes drive away. July 2010.
  4. The property is situated in a small village and fairly isolated. The village has good shops, but no restaurant. Ideal for those who like the country side. May 2010.
  5. Good value, plain, simple and adequate. Bedrooms were excellent, lounge area very basic but ok. If you are out a lot this is the place for you. Nice garden with covered BBQ/ dining area. Aug 2009.
  6. A lovely property in a quiet village. Interesting surrounding area with plenty to see and do. It was beautifully clean, well equipped and well maintained. A lovely garden and very friendly and helpful owners. July 2009.
