This spacious detached bungalow enjoys a peaceful rural location yet is only a short distance from the holiday resort of Newquay. This property provides a perfect hideaway from where you can explore some of the finest beaches in the country, or walk the most beautiful section of the coastal footpath with its rugged cliffs and secret coves. The surfing capital of Newquay has an abundance of shops and restaurants to satisfy all tastes. A short drive can take you west to Truro, now the capital city of Cornwall, while to the south you will find the famous Eden Project and the Lost Gardens of Heligan. Shop 3 miles, pub and restaurant 2 miles.

All on ground floor: Living room. Dining room/kitchen. 3 bedrooms: 1 double, 2 twin. Bathroom with shower over bath and toilet. Shower room. Separate toilet.
