1. These terms and conditions should be read with the Booking Conditions and insurance information in our brochures or on our website. Especially note Sections 2, 4 and 7 of the Booking Conditions
2. Offer applies only to bookings for 2014 which are booked before 13th April 2014.
3. The low deposit payable under this offer is £25.
4. Does not apply to properties that sleep 10 or more.
5. The difference between the £25 low  deposit and the usual deposit shown in our main brochure or website is payable with the balance payment, which we must receive no later than 10 weeks before your booking starts, or at the time of cancellation if you cancel your booking. This payment will include all applicable charges as detailed on your booking confirmation, including any insurance premiums and any Ferry costs. If payment is not received in full on time, we can treat your booking as cancelled by you for a non-refundable reason. If this happens, you will be responsible for cancellation charges (as shown in our main brochure or our website) including any deferred Booking Fee, Personal Travel Insurance and Ferry crossings that you have chosen to buy, all of which must be paid immediately.

With beautiful sea views and private entrance above the discreet owners property, this holiday apartment is peacefully located with direct access to a rocky beach, a sandy beach being only 600 metres away.

The seaside resort lies in a sheltered harbour at the far end of a tranquil bay, with beaches bordering plains of grapevines and olive trees. Popular all year round due to its mild climate and being located between the towns of Marseille and Toulon.

An excellent base to discover this region of the Riviera, including its coastline with the famous "calanques", and the resorts of Cassis and Bandol, or head inland to discover the beautiful town of Aix en Provence.

All on first floor: Lounge/kitchen/diner, separate toilet and basin, 2 bedrooms: 1 double with en-suite shower and basin, 1 twin with en-suite shower.

Oil central heating, all fuel and power included in rent May to Sep, €60 supplement Oct to Apr, bed linen and towels included in rent, cot, highchair, colour TV, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, enclosed lawned garden, garden furniture, off road parking for 1 car. Sorry, no pets. NB: Open-sided stairs.

  5. I appreciated the kindness and helpfulness of M.& Mme. Godechoux very much indeed,particularly as I tried to manage without a car. M.Godechoux picked me up from the station on my arrival, took me to a supermarket the following morning and returned me to the station on my return. As I cooked every evening, I appreciated the well equipped kitchen area, whilst day to day supplies were in easy walking distance. I managed with the local bus to visit a number of places( it stops just at the top of road). I most certainly hope to return there before too long. May 2011.

  10. The property was really lovely, obviously well-cared for and very clean. The owner was very friendly and helpful. The position of the property was fantastic with wonderful views of the bays and access to an almost private beach. Shops and restaurants were about 5 minutes walk away. We had our own area of the garden with shade and garden furniture. We look forward to going back, hopefully with better weather as we had 4 days of torrential rain! Sept 2009.
