1. These terms and conditions should be read with the Booking Conditions and insurance information in our brochures or on our website. Especially note Sections 2, 4 and 7 of the Booking Conditions
2. Offer applies only to bookings for 2014 which are booked before 13th April 2014.
3. The low deposit payable under this offer is £25.
4. Does not apply to properties that sleep 10 or more.
5. The difference between the £25 low  deposit and the usual deposit shown in our main brochure or website is payable with the balance payment, which we must receive no later than 10 weeks before your booking starts, or at the time of cancellation if you cancel your booking. This payment will include all applicable charges as detailed on your booking confirmation, including any insurance premiums and any Ferry costs. If payment is not received in full on time, we can treat your booking as cancelled by you for a non-refundable reason. If this happens, you will be responsible for cancellation charges (as shown in our main brochure or our website) including any deferred Booking Fee, Personal Travel Insurance and Ferry crossings that you have chosen to buy, all of which must be paid immediately.

Property Description

This holiday farm cottage is set on the owner’s 20-acre farm which also has a small seasonal caravan and campsite. Located in the New Forest National Park in the village of Sway, the open forest famous for its free-roaming horses and cattle is just a 10-minute stroll away. The village facilities of shops, pubs and train station are 5-minute walk. The surrounding area is a haven for cycling, walking and horse riding. Within a short drive are Beaulieu Motor Museum, Buckler’s Hard and Exbury Gardens, and the towns of Lyndhurst, Brockenhurst and the sailing town of Lymington. There are beaches at Milford, 5 miles. Guests can bring their horse (by arrangement with owner). Shops and pubs 1/4 mile.

5 steps to entrance. All on ground floor: Living/dining room/kitchen with tiled floor. 2 bedrooms: 1 double, 1 twin. Shower room with toilet.

Electric heaters and electricity by meter reading. Bed linen and towels included. Travel cot. Freeview TV. Electric cooker. Microwave. Dishwasher. Courtyard and furniture. Parking (2 cars). No smoking. Friday to Friday.

  16. The totally enclosed courtyard/patio was the most useful area when you have 2 dogs. The open plan layout gave a large area where dog beds could be left down all day. Oct 2009.

  18. Large, airy, bright kitchen/living room area which the photographs don’t really do justice. We found the furniture and kitchen equipment more than adequate. With young children the close proximity to Sway railway station was their favourite thing - not too close so that the trains keep you awake at night, but only a five minute walk to be able to stand on the foot-bridge and wave at the train drivers who obligingly wave, sometimes flash their headlights, and if you’re very lucky, frighten you by blowing their horn!   19. Good space in the outside yard to keep dogs contained. Friendly owners. Nice cottage with good space. Pub close by, easy access to cycle track. Good sized open plan living accommodation. The enclosed back was excellent for keeping the dogs out of the cottage, but safely contained. July 2009.
