1. These terms and conditions should be read with the Booking Conditions and insurance information in our brochures or on our website. Especially note Sections 2, 4 and 7 of the Booking Conditions
2. Offer applies only to bookings for 2014 which are booked before 13th April 2014.
3. The low deposit payable under this offer is £25.
4. Does not apply to properties that sleep 10 or more.
5. The difference between the £25 low  deposit and the usual deposit shown in our main brochure or website is payable with the balance payment, which we must receive no later than 10 weeks before your booking starts, or at the time of cancellation if you cancel your booking. This payment will include all applicable charges as detailed on your booking confirmation, including any insurance premiums and any Ferry costs. If payment is not received in full on time, we can treat your booking as cancelled by you for a non-refundable reason. If this happens, you will be responsible for cancellation charges (as shown in our main brochure or our website) including any deferred Booking Fee, Personal Travel Insurance and Ferry crossings that you have chosen to buy, all of which must be paid immediately.

Property Description

Quietly tucked away but central to explore the far west of the Cornish Peninsula, this semi-detached cottage, adjacent to the owner’s home, has been tastefully converted to provide an attractive holiday property. Located in the village of Wall and residents have the use of a large, secluded, shared garden as well as a private patio. It is only a short drive to a 3-mile stretch of golden sandy beach and onward to a NT coastal footpath passing cliffs and hidden coves. The harbour of St Ives is only 10 miles away. From Penzance, sail or fly to the Isles of Scilly for the day. Shop 0.25 miles, pub and restaurant 0.5 miles.

Ground floor: Living room. Dining room/kitchen with wooden floor. First floor: 3 bedrooms: 2 double (5ft), 1 single. Bathroom with shower over bath and toilet.

Gas central heating, gas, electricity and bed linen included. Travel cot. High chair. Freeview TV. Video. DVD. CD. Gas hob. Electric oven. Microwave. Washing machine. Dishwasher. Fridge/freezer. Patio with sitting-out area and furniture. Shared, enclosed lawned garden with patio. Barbecue. Parking (3 cars). No smoking. NB: Water feature and small stream in garden, 50 yards.

  11. A lovely location, peaceful and relaxing. Easy access to all areas and attractions. "The Lizard" being a must see place to visit. Beautiful, dramatic and unspoilt! Plenty of good local pubs providing good tasty food. We recommend the "Pendarves Inn" it’s nearby and has a friendly, welcoming atmosphere. Oct 2006.
