1. These terms and conditions should be read with the Booking Conditions and insurance information in our brochures or on our website. Especially note Sections 2, 4 and 7 of the Booking Conditions
2. Offer applies only to bookings for 2014 which are booked before 13th April 2014.
3. The low deposit payable under this offer is £25.
4. Does not apply to properties that sleep 10 or more.
5. The difference between the £25 low  deposit and the usual deposit shown in our main brochure or website is payable with the balance payment, which we must receive no later than 10 weeks before your booking starts, or at the time of cancellation if you cancel your booking. This payment will include all applicable charges as detailed on your booking confirmation, including any insurance premiums and any Ferry costs. If payment is not received in full on time, we can treat your booking as cancelled by you for a non-refundable reason. If this happens, you will be responsible for cancellation charges (as shown in our main brochure or our website) including any deferred Booking Fee, Personal Travel Insurance and Ferry crossings that you have chosen to buy, all of which must be paid immediately.

Dating from the 18th-century, this charming detached, thatched holiday cottage has been renovated to offer modern conveniences, yet retains it original character, with its garden, large terrace, and far reaching views. Set in a peaceful Wiltshire village close to the Westbury White Horse, a famous chalk horse on the side of Westbury Hill. Longleat, Stourhead, Bowood, Bradford-on-Avon, Bath and Salisbury are all within easy reach. Golf, riding, tennis and swimming pool nearby. Shop 1 mile, pub 100 yards and restaurant 3 miles.

Ground floor: Living room with wooden floor. Dining room with tiled floor. Kitchen. Utility room. Separate toilet. Steep, narrow stairs to first floor: 3 bedrooms: 1 double (5ft), 2 twin. Bathroom with shower over bath and toilet.

Open fire in living room (initial fuel included). Oil central heating, electricity, bed linen and towels included. Cot. High chair. Freeview TV. DVD. Electric cooker. Oil Rayburn (October-April). Microwave. Washing machine. Dishwasher. Freezer. Small lawned garden with terrace and furniture. Parking (1 car). No smoking. Friday to Friday. NB: Steps in garden.

It was a real treat to pick the pears from the garden to bake cakes and crumbles. Also loved the fresh herbs in the garden. Very cosy with a real fire.   8. My friends and I were incredibly impressed with the property, the convenience of the location, the country walks, the rustic feel and the local pub! The rooms were all a great size, the ambiance was relaxed and homely. The owner was very friendly, helpful and couldn’t have been more hospitable with the support in the run up to our weekend.   11. The cottage is well equipped, very quaint and comfortable lots of history provided by the owners. Excellent peaceful location with lovely gardens and superb views, a perfect spot to relax. Local supermarket in Wesbury, is okay for all basics but would recommend that visitors take specialist items with them as it is not large. Rockley is a good base from which to visit Stonehenge(NT), Longleet, Bath, Stourbridge (NT),and of course the Westbury Horse from which the views are fabulous. We will return. July 2011.

  14. It was just a beautiful cottage with all the features of an old English country cottage mixed with modern luxuries. Lovely gardens which were clearly well maintained with a nice seated area to have breakfast/lunch/dinner when the weather was nice. Would definitely go back again! June 2011.

  16. Wonderful location - the children loved it, as there was a beautiful children’s park about 50 paces from the cottage! The sunsets from the patio were glorious and lots of lovely walks and bike rides along the Bradford-on-Avon canal. The pub at Steeple Ashton had great food. Far more spacious than imagined, lovely comfortable thatched cottage. April 2011.
  17. We stayed at Rockley as we wanted to spend the weekend at Longleat for our Grand-Daughters birthday. It was great base for Longleat. The cottage was lovely, full of character, just what you would expect from an old thatched cottage. There was plenty of room for six adults and a toddler. We especially liked the kitchen where we had lovely cosy family meals. Everything you could have wanted was there. If I could I would live in a house like this!! April 2011.
  18. This is a beautiful cottage with plenty of good walks on the doorstep, we didn’t get in the car once all week. The garden was secure so Dave the Jack Russell was able to mooch about safely. March 2011.
