They both stand detached, and make a wonderful base to discover the delights of this part of Kerry. It is an ideal destination for walkers and cyclists with plenty of marked walks and trails. The area is popular with fishermen with charters available at Kenmare. Other outdoor activities available in the area include horse riding, waterskiing, kayaking, sailing, quad biking, pitch and putt and golf. Shop and restaurant 5.5 miles, pub 2.5 miles.
