1. These terms and conditions should be read with the Booking Conditions and insurance information in our brochures or on our website. Especially note Sections 2, 4 and 7 of the Booking Conditions
2. Offer applies only to bookings for 2014 which are booked before 13th April 2014.
3. The low deposit payable under this offer is £25.
4. Does not apply to properties that sleep 10 or more.
5. The difference between the £25 low  deposit and the usual deposit shown in our main brochure or website is payable with the balance payment, which we must receive no later than 10 weeks before your booking starts, or at the time of cancellation if you cancel your booking. This payment will include all applicable charges as detailed on your booking confirmation, including any insurance premiums and any Ferry costs. If payment is not received in full on time, we can treat your booking as cancelled by you for a non-refundable reason. If this happens, you will be responsible for cancellation charges (as shown in our main brochure or our website) including any deferred Booking Fee, Personal Travel Insurance and Ferry crossings that you have chosen to buy, all of which must be paid immediately.

These spacious converted barns sit amongst a quiet courtyard of cottages on the owner’s 150-acre working farm in the heart of the peaceful Cornish countryside, just a short drive from the picturesque fishing village of Mevagissey. Both barns have direct access to an indoor heated swimming pool for their use only, and secluded patio areas. Ideally situated for exploring the beautiful surrounding countryside and coastline, which are steeped in history. Also close by Fowey, Par and Menabilly which have been immortalised by the novelist ’Daphne du Maurier’. The sandy beach of Pentewan is just 3 miles and bikes can be hired to cycle the Pentewan Trail. Heritage sites include the Lost Gardens of Heligan, the famous Eden Project and many NT properties. Shop and pub 11/2 miles.

Ground floor: Living room with French doors and double sofa bed. Dining room/kitchen. Separate toilet. First floor: 3 bedrooms: 1 double, 1 twin, 1 bunk. Bathroom with corner bath, shower cubicle and toilet.

Electric oven. Microwave. Washer/dryer.

Both properties: Open fire in living room included. Oil central heating, oil, electricity, bed linen and towels included. Cot and high chair on request. DVD. CD. Electric hob. Dishwasher. Freezer. Shared payphone. Large shared courtyard with sitting-out area and furniture. Ample parking. Shared use of indoor heated swimming pool (6m x 3m, depth 1.2m). No smoking. Friday to Friday.
