The Barnyard is ideally situated to explore the Cornish coast. Nestled in a quiet valley it is only a 30 minute walk to a sandy beach, ideal for surfing, water sports or cliff walks. Its central location means you are only minutes away from local attractions such as the Eden Project, Tate Gallery and Minack Theatre. Within easy reach are a number of National Trust retreats such as Godrevy Headland and the famous gardens. There is also an 18 hole golf course less than a mile away. Most of the cottages are 2 storey reverse accommodation and give unspoilt views of the private gardens. There is a private drive and the 3-acre grounds are secluded, ideal for picnics, barbecues and sunbathing. The small wooden play area is excellent for children to explore, and there is a games room with pool table, table football, wide screen TV, DVDs and videos.
The Barnyard was imaginatively converted from a traditional range of farm buildings which have been refurbished whilst retaining much of their rustic character, with exposed beams and natural pine doors and stairs. The owners have taken great care to provide a very good standards of comfort, and the kitchens and bathrooms are well appointed. Shop and pub within 1 mile.

Ground floor: 1 double (5ft four poster) bedroom. Bathroom with shower over bath and toilet. First floor: Living room with double sofa bed/dining room/kitchen.

All properties: NSH included (mid April-mid September, optional extra payable to owner). Electricity, bed linen and towels included. Cot (except property ref 2996). Freeview TV. Video. DVD. CD. Electric cooker. Microwave. Shared laundry with washing machines and tumble dryer. Freezer. Private patio with sitting-out area and furniture. Shared 3-acre enclosed gardens with wooden play area for small children. Gas barbecue on request. Ample parking. Shared games room with pool table, table football, wide screen TV, DVDs and videos. Pet free of charge. No smoking.
