This is a spacious detached house on the outskirts of the picturesque town of Quimperlé, which has cobbled streets, beautiful churches and lovely rivers.

The house has an open plan living space, with doors opening onto a large decking area and well tended garden. A variety of beaches; 3 at Le Pouldu (10km) offer fine sands, surfing, swimming and beautiful scenery.

The pine fringed cove of Kerfany is also popular. The active will enjoy the miles of mountain bike tracks, sailing, windsurfing, riding and jet skiing.

Shop 0.8km, café/bar and restaurant 0.9km.

Ground floor: Lounge/kitchen/diner, separate toilet, 1 twin bedroom. First floor: Bathroom with shower over bath, toilet and basin, 3 bedrooms: 2 double, 1 twin.

Electric heating, woodburner in lounge, colour TV, DVD player, radio/CD, washing machine, dishwasher, freezer, microwave, enclosed lawned garden, patio, garden furniture, barbecue, ample off road parking. Sorry, no pets.

  3. Excellent location with the coast, countryside and charming town with all amenities, shops and trains all within easy reach. Excellent location for families with young children at the end of a cul-de-sac with a lovely area for kids to ride bikes. Also the garden very good for outdoor games. July 2009.
  4. The property exceeded our expectations in all aspects, especially how well equipped it was. It was clean and comfortable and we would certainly consider a return visit which does not happen very often!! Sept 2008.
