1. These terms and conditions should be read with the Booking Conditions and insurance information in our brochures or on our website. Especially note Sections 2, 4 and 7 of the Booking Conditions
2. Offer applies only to bookings for 2014 which are booked before 13th April 2014.
3. The low deposit payable under this offer is £25.
4. Does not apply to properties that sleep 10 or more.
5. The difference between the £25 low  deposit and the usual deposit shown in our main brochure or website is payable with the balance payment, which we must receive no later than 10 weeks before your booking starts, or at the time of cancellation if you cancel your booking. This payment will include all applicable charges as detailed on your booking confirmation, including any insurance premiums and any Ferry costs. If payment is not received in full on time, we can treat your booking as cancelled by you for a non-refundable reason. If this happens, you will be responsible for cancellation charges (as shown in our main brochure or our website) including any deferred Booking Fee, Personal Travel Insurance and Ferry crossings that you have chosen to buy, all of which must be paid immediately.

Originally built in the 1820s, this conveniently located town house has been re-built to offer a tastefully styled interior. It has its own garage and is ideally located only 300 yards from the beach with seaside attractions and restaurants, and close to Regency Square and garden (100 yards) with its wealth of architecture. This exciting cosmopolitan city has bars, live music, eateries, art galleries, theatres and antique shops. Enjoy shopping along The Lanes, saunter along the pier, visit the opulent Royal Pavilion, nearby marina or the racecourse. A short drive away, discover historic Arundel Castle, the glorious South Downs and many NT homes and gardens. A fantastic holiday destination. Shops, restaurants and pub 150 yards.

Ground floor: Utility room. Separate toilet. First floor: Living/dining room/kitchen. Second floor: 2 double bedrooms (one 5ft), one with additional Z-bed (on request, for alternative sleeping). Bathroom with shower over bath and toilet.

  8. Superbly located mews cottage, right in the centre of Brighton and within a few minutes’ walk of all local amenities while being very quiet. The cottage was very clean, warm and well-equipped. Supermarkets, take-aways, restaurants and pubs all located within walking distance so no need to bring lots of supplies with you. The owners are very friendly and accommodating and made us, and our dogs, very welcome. The beach is easily accessible via an underpass which is a real bonus and meant that we did not have to cross a busy road with the dogs. We could not have wished for a better stay in Brighton. Very grateful to find somewhere in a city centre that allows two dogs to stay. Jan 2012.

  12. The cottage was ideally situated on a quiet street in the centre of Brighton, two minutes’ walk from the sea. It was just the loveliest place to stay - really comfortable and spacious. The owners had even gone to the trouble of providing bowls and blankets for our dog. I cannot recommend the cottage more highly. I would love to stay again. July 2011.
  13. Queensbury Cottage is in an excellent location for central Brighton, the cottage is of a good standard and has the additional advantage of parking. The owners provided tea, milk, orange juice, bread and biscuits for our arrival which was much appreciated. July 2011.
