From the large balcony, it is an ideal spot to relax and watch the ever changing nautical scenery, from huge liners to racing boats. This lovely, temperate island had much to offer for all age groups with many attractions including NT homes and gardens, pretty villages, Heritage coastline, birdwatching, golf, horse riding, watersports and stunning walks along the network of footpaths. Restaurant at neighbouring hotel. Shop and pub 1/2 mile.

All on first floor (no lift): Living room with French doors/dining area/kitchen. 1 double (5ft) bedroom. Bathroom with shower over ¾ bath and toilet.

Electric heaters, electricity, bed linen and towels included. Freeview TV. DVD. Stereo/CD. Electric cooker. Microwave. Washing machine. Wi-fi. Balcony. Parking (1 car). No smoking.

  1. Great views over the Solent and only 15 minute walk to the centre of Cowes. Nice to have the catering & living facilities as spent quite a lot of time there due to the very poor weather, was able to dry everything off and be comfortable. Would not hesitate to book it again. June 2012.
  2. The flat was comfortable and had wonderful views over the Solent. A definite bonus with this property is the parking space. We spent four days in the apartment just before the snow in February and it was extremely cold outside but the flat was lovely and warm. Due to the cold weather it was a little too far to walk into Cowes for a meal in the evening but in good weather it would be a pleasant walk. Had a very good and cheap pub meal at the The Fountain. Also ate at the Thai restaurant and The Red Duster, which was more expensive but very good. Even at this time of year there were plenty of restaurants and pubs open. Jan 2012.
  3. The flat was in an execellent location with a fantastic view & good for ship spotting. Lovely walks along the the sea front into Cowes. Oct 2011.
  4. Very good flat with excellent modern kitchen equipment, good bathroom, good size external balcony, and a gorgeous view both from the balcony and from within the living room. It was indeed the view that made the location so good, as it was a little far from the nearest bus stop and supermarkets (1.5 kilometres). The one weakness that stood out was the lack of a dining or writing table in a position from where you could face the lovely view while eating or writing. Nov 2011.

  9. Flat was ideal. Clean, tidy and everything you needed for your holiday. Location was fantastic for views and the hotel and pub weren’t far away if you fancied going out for eats. Walk into Cowes didn’t take that long and was so nice walking along the esplanade. May 2011.
