Customer Comments

Selected comment(s) from customers who have enjoyed staying at this property:
  1. Very nice property, it is very quiet so easy to relax and watch boats come and go. Only issue the nearest shop is about a 20 minutes drive so you do have to make sure you remember everything as you can’t. Just pop down the road for it. June 2012.
  2. We thoroughly enjoyed staying there, the whole cottage was nice and clean and had everything to make it worth while staying there, and on arrival there was milk and a bottle of wine, the only down side the light above the mirror in the bathroom was not working therefore, it very difficult to see your face etc, this was reported to the person looking after the cottage. May 2012.
  3. Lovely cottage, great location on the riverfront. Post office, village shop and two pubs within easy walking distance. July 2011.
  4. Lovely cottage for relaxing, nice pubs in village with good food. July 2011.
  5. Lovely position, just sit and watch the boats on the river all day, Well equiped cottage with great parking space and lovely front garden and outside furniture. 3 brilliant food pubs which all allowed dogs in, plus fish & chip shop. Enjoyed every minute of our holiday. June 2011.
  6. The cottage was well-equipped, and in a superb position just a few yards from the River Yare, and views across the countryside. Sept 2010.
  7. Very well equipped. June 2010.
  8. Very warm, clean, cosy, if slightly 70s feel to the place. Milk and bottle of wine kindly left was a very welcome touch. March 2010.
  9. It was nice and warm, nicely decorated. Oct 2009.
  10. Clean, interesting furnishings & decor, fantastic view, comfortable. Bathroom may need modernising soon. No freezer. Oct 2009.
  11. The position of the cottage gets 10 out of 10 sitting watching the boats going past is most relaxing. The cottage accommodation is first class very clean and comfortable, everything you could wish for. Aug 2009.
  12. We had an excellent holiday thanks to the location of this cottage, the scenic views. We would recommend this cottage / holiday to family and friends, also will look forward to booking this cottage again for a nice break. June 2009.
  13. Excellent Property. We wanted to relax in a nice location whilst doing some cycling and running in the area, plus take our dog for walks. We got all of this. Lovely walks along the broads and local beaches (Yarmouth and Winterton), great flat cycling routes on quiet roads and beautiful runs. We could have stayed for 3 weeks! The proximity of local pubs and Fish&Chip shop a bonus. No need to use the car as the train station was 10 minutes walk and provided excellent links to Gt Yarmouth, Lowestoft and Norwich. Lovely property, everything you need except for a measuring jug! TV, DVD brilliant and lots of local information in the house. Comfortable double bed in the main room and awesome views from all front facing windows. A highly recommended. May 2009.
  14. It was an excellent base from which to explore the area, with plenty of things to do and see, both for us grown-ups and our ten-year-old son. Reedham itself is a lovely village, and a perfect place for relaxing and walking if you just want to relax ’at home’.. Very comfortable and homey. A lot of thought had gone into making it a good place to stay, with excellent facilities and equipment. Of course, very clean and tidy too. Aug 2009.
  15. Lovely cottage well equipped nice setting. July 2009.
  16. Everything we had hoped for for our anniversary. The bottle of wine as a welcome was a nice touch and the property was clean and warm . It was really well positioned within the village for an excellent view and for amenities. Sept 2008.
  17. The cottage is very well appointed overlooking the River Yare. We enjoyed relaxing, watching the boats go up & down the river, and hired a boat ourselves one afternoon. Excellent cycling in the area. The weather couldn’t have been better - the rain clouds kept missing this corner of East Anglia. Local pub offered very good meals at reasonable prices. All in all, and excellent holiday! July 2008.
  18. The location is beautiful, everything is provided included useful things like foil / cling film / dishwasher powder. April 2006.
