1. These terms and conditions should be read with the Booking Conditions and insurance information in our brochures or on our website. Especially note Sections 2, 4 and 7 of the Booking Conditions
2. Offer applies only to bookings for 2014 which are booked before 13th April 2014.
3. The low deposit payable under this offer is £25.
4. Does not apply to properties that sleep 10 or more.
5. The difference between the £25 low  deposit and the usual deposit shown in our main brochure or website is payable with the balance payment, which we must receive no later than 10 weeks before your booking starts, or at the time of cancellation if you cancel your booking. This payment will include all applicable charges as detailed on your booking confirmation, including any insurance premiums and any Ferry costs. If payment is not received in full on time, we can treat your booking as cancelled by you for a non-refundable reason. If this happens, you will be responsible for cancellation charges (as shown in our main brochure or our website) including any deferred Booking Fee, Personal Travel Insurance and Ferry crossings that you have chosen to buy, all of which must be paid immediately.

These semi-detached holiday cottages are situated in East Burton in the middle of Thomas Hardy country, between Swanage and Weymouth, only 5 miles from Lulworth Cove and Durdle Door. They have been tastefully furnished and well equipped and are ideal for enjoying this delightful area. A short drive takes you to Lulworth Cove with its pebble beach and take a walk up and over the hill to famous Durdle Door. The whole of this area has lovely scenery and coastal walks. There are numerous attractions, ranging from the Bovington Tank Museum, Monkey World, Weymouth Sea Life Park and Butterfly Farm, Abbotsbury Swannery and Subtropical Gardens to the seaside town of Swanage with its golden sandy beach, Durlston Country Park and Steam Railway. Visit the nearby historic market towns of Dorchester and Wareham, as well as the pretty NT Corfe Castle. Shop 1 mile, pub serving food 650 yards.

Ground floor: Step to living room with inglenook fireplace with range, oak and flagstone floor and beams. Kitchen/dining area with French doors and tiled floor. Utility room. Separate toilet. First floor: 3 bedrooms: 1 double with wooden floor, sloping ceiling and en-suite bathroom with bath, shower cubicle and toilet, 1 double (access from one side only) with sloping ceiling, 1 twin. Bathroom with bath, shower cubicle and toilet.

Both properties: Gas central heating £25per week, £15 per 3-4 night short breaks, £10 per 2 night short breaks. Electricity, bed linen and towels included. Cot and high chair on request. DVD. CD. Range. Microwave. Washing machine. Tumble dryer. Dishwasher. Fridge/freezer. Wi-fi. Patio and furniture. Barbecue. Parking (3 cars). No smoking. Friday to Friday.
