1. These terms and conditions should be read with the Booking Conditions and insurance information in our brochures or on our website. Especially note Sections 2, 4 and 7 of the Booking Conditions
2. Offer applies only to bookings for 2014 which are booked before 13th April 2014.
3. The low deposit payable under this offer is £25.
4. Does not apply to properties that sleep 10 or more.
5. The difference between the £25 low  deposit and the usual deposit shown in our main brochure or website is payable with the balance payment, which we must receive no later than 10 weeks before your booking starts, or at the time of cancellation if you cancel your booking. This payment will include all applicable charges as detailed on your booking confirmation, including any insurance premiums and any Ferry costs. If payment is not received in full on time, we can treat your booking as cancelled by you for a non-refundable reason. If this happens, you will be responsible for cancellation charges (as shown in our main brochure or our website) including any deferred Booking Fee, Personal Travel Insurance and Ferry crossings that you have chosen to buy, all of which must be paid immediately.

This charming holiday cottage stands in the heart of the medieval village of Dunster, enjoying wonderful views towards Dunster Castle and the Exmoor hills beyond. The property is just ½ a mile from the sandy beach at Dunster, Priory Gate boasts a delightful, sunny cottage garden with a backdrop of open fields and rich woodland. It has been sympathetically refurbished to a high standard, providing attractive and comfortable accommodation. Lovely walks nearby through woodland and the castle grounds. Rugged Exmoor offers excellent walking and riding all year. Golf and tennis in Minehead, 2 miles. Taunton 16 miles. Shops, pub and restaurants 150 yards.

Sitting room and snug/study, with beams, open fires and TVs. Modern well-equipped rustic kitchen/dining room with quarry-tiled floor. Shower room with toilet. First floor: Three attractive bedrooms; one double with ornamental fireplace, one double with 4ft bed (for 1+1), one twin. Bathroom with clawed, roll-top bath, shower cubicle and toilet.

  3. The brochure did not do it justice as it was in a very enviable position and everything we wanted was on our doorstep. We were able to listen to the carols in the Yarn Market from our lounge . Overall it was wonderful and we plan to return. Dec 2009.
  4. The cottage is located at the top of Dunster with views through the village to the Castle, the accommodation is comfortable and warm. The rear garden in the summer must be lovely to sit out in. Oct 2009.

  7. Wonderful location. The views down the main street towards the castle were spectacular. Quite possibly the best to be had in Dunster. Our children loved the cottage it had a very homely quality. Views from the terraced garden were also breathtaking. We would highly recommend. Oct 2008.

  9. The property was excellent - cottage, furnishings, comfort, location and domestic eqipment provided - the kitchen and dining area excellent as was the garden. Although it was quite expensive for the half-term week I have to be honest and say I think we got good value for our money and think we have chosen one of your best cottages for our first time of booking.
