It is an ideal base for exploring the city with its cathedral and Festival Theatre. The harbour for sailing and most watersports is 2 miles, nearest beach at Wittering 6 miles, station just 5 minutes away. Goodwood House, racecourse and country park 5 miles. Portsmouth historic dockyard, HMS Victory and Mary Rose 16 miles. Shops 500 yards, pub 400 yards.

  1. Excellent location, within walking distance of city and ideally placed for the train station. Good size accommodation. June 2012.
  2. Nice place just off the A27, which makes it convenient to travel to both centre (you can actually walk) and go to other places such as Portsmouth. House was warm, comfortable. Fixtures and decoration were a bit outdated, but still homely. The only minus was that the house was quite dusty upon arrival. So, we had to give it a bit of clean before we could actually start our holiday. Feb 2012.
  3. A very comfortable and well equipped house. Ideally situated for central Chichester and the train station. Decor is outdated, but the space in the house and the location outweighs this. Dec 2011.
  4. Although the property was perfectly placed for going to the town and surrounding places, I do think perhaps the lounge furniture could be updated and newer carpets laid. This is the 2nd time we have been here and on the whole have found it quite comfortable. Oct 2011.
  5. Have visited on several occasions - accommodation is cosy - secure garden is great for a small pet dog - location is convenient for Chichester and surrounding area. Sept 2011.
  6. Good enclosed garden, children had fun. Very close to various restaurants, cinema and bowlplex. Chichester canal was lovely. Excellent train links within five minute walk. May 2011.

If this happens, you will be responsible for cancellation charges (as shown in our main brochure or our website) including any deferred Booking Fee, Personal Travel Insurance and Ferry crossings that you have chosen to buy, all of which must be paid immediately..
