An excellent base for those visiting Alton Towers, The Potteries, and the Peak District. A 9-hole golf course and driving range is on the doorstep, as is the well-known Hoar Cross Hall Health Spa. NT Sudbury Hall is 10 minutes away. Many country walks and footpaths are close by. Day rate health treatments or golf lessons can be arranged. Catering can also be arranged for guests. This property can be booked with W41113 for parties of up to 28. Shop 3 miles, pub 100 yards, restaurant 1.5 miles.

  1. Absolutely fantastic property for large groups of friends and/ or family, clean, tidy and well equipped. Beautiful location and scenery. Ideally situated for many local attractions, the spa at Hoar Cross being a definite must. Just be aware there is very limited or no mobile phone coverage. May 2012.

Tastefully furnished to a high spec and very well equipped with everything you could need. The owner was a delightful lady who called in on day one to ensure that we were happy with everything.   15. We have been booking holiday cottages for twenty years now and this cottage was by far and away the most well appointed yet. Brenda has exquisite taste and has spared no expense in catering for the whole number of guests this cottage facilitates. For the first time ever, we stayed at home for some of our stay, partly due to the fantastic weather, but mostly because we loved the farmhouse. July 2006.

  19. The property was immaculate and it had everything you could ever need for a week away. The garden was fantastic which the children loved! It was great that every room had its own bathroom facilities and the under floor heating was fantastic.
