Customer Comments

Selected comment(s) from customers who have enjoyed staying at this property:
  1. The accommodation is very comfortable, large rooms, nice enclosed garden and parking space. Buses to Brighton very regular although a little further out than we had thought. Driving a bit of a nightmare into Brighton and parking was expensive. It cost us £13 in one car park when we went to see the Pavilion. Buses were best the lanes quite an experience. Hangleton Manor did nice meals on Sunday and could park outside. Sept 2012.
  2. There is a bus stop outside the door and the buses are every few minutes into Brighton. June 2012.
  3. Beverage welcome pack plus every appliance / extra one could need within the house was provided. Files full of information on transport and attractions and local area also provided. June 2012.
  4. This welcoming, comfortable, well-equipped property has an excellent bus link to the centre of Brighton, and easy road access to nearby towns like Lewes and Chichester also beautiful country and coastal areas on the South Downs Way. Feb 2012.
  5. The house is very well equipped with a small but nice garden. Can accommodate 5 people easily and in comfort. Sept 2011.
  6. Spacious accommodation, with a well equipped kitchen. A nice garden to sit in and also very easy find and only a few minutes from the main road. Aug 2010.
  7. The location and ease with which I could travel into Brighton as the bus stop in each direction was literally on the door step; area nice and quiet for relaxing holiday. July 2010.
  8. The accommodation was good, rather old fashioned decoration and furniture. Aug 2009.
  9. A very pleasant stay in a house that functioned very well for our family. Cosy place, with excellent bus service right out from the house. March 2008.
  10. The house was excellently furnished and we felt very much at home. There was so much space and it was very comfortable. Sept 2008.
  11. We found our accommodation clean and very comfortable. It was a great base for a holiday. On arrival our cottage had lots of useful local information available which we took advantage of. After booking a cottage for the first time, we felt it gave us the freedom and space to do as we wished, and therefore would not holiday in a bed & breakfast again. Aug 2008.
  12. After a long and tiring journey we arrived at Plovers lodge and felt at home immediately. I would recommend this property to anyone wanting a homely house with easy access to the centre of Brighton. Feb 2007.
  13. Excellent position and well appointed house. A great stay. Nov 2007.
  14. The accommodation was lovely and very comfortable - we were very impressed. July 2007.
