This pretty, modern first floor holiday apartment is a must for all who love to watch the comings and goings of the marina.

Guests can sit on the balcony overlooking the picturesque port of Dahouët, or enjoy a stroll along the coast or port. The resort of Pléneuf-val-André, with its wide variety of boutiques, cafés, restaurants, supermarket and even casino and cinema is just 5 minutes away. The beaches are superb (1.5km and 4.5km long), fine sand and sheltered waters.

Golfers will appreciate the excellent course of Pléneuf, and all sports enthusiasts can have a go at the great choice of wind and water sports. Explore the lovely St. Brieuc Bay in both directions, or the Emerald Coast to the east.

Shop and café 1km, restaurants 200m, beaches 1km.

All on first floor: Lounge/kitchen/diner, bathroom with toilet, 2 bedrooms: 1 double leading to single, sofa bed in lounge.

Electric heating, all fuel and power at cost, bed linen and towels included in rent, colour TV (French channels only), washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, balcony, outdoor furniture, on street parking. Sorry, no pets. NB: 14 steps to entrance.

  2. Everything you required was there, utensils, cleaning equipment etc. Had a lovely warm welcome from the owners with home made jam, basket of walnuts and fresh garden flowers. Sept 2009.
  3. Loved the position of this apartment-overlooking the port. We liked that we could walk around to the boulangerie and to the restaurants and bars. The beaches around the coast are lovely and we liked the cliff walk to Val Andre. Hopefully we’ll return in the future. Aug 2009.
  4. Owners met us at the property early morning when I explained times of Ferry which meant we could fully enjoy our first day, local speciality cake and apple juice provided as a welcome. Cooking oils, salt and toilets rolls provided which made first day shopping easy. Views of the Harbour from the living room, very peaceful little place yet supermarkets within easy reach. July 2009.
  5. A number of consumables were provided; Washing powder, coffee, tea, sugar, salt, pepper, cooking oil, olive oil and wine vinegar to name a few. Comprehensive cooking implements were made available. July 2009.
