This delightful single storey detached holiday villa has been decorated and furnished to a good standard and benefits from its private garden area and private swimming pool (32m²).

Set on the outskirts of a small village in a peaceful location situated between Clermont-l’Hérault and Pézenas, it is an ideal location with some excellent excursions possible within a short drive and the golden sandy beaches of the Mediterranean are only 21.7 miles (35km) away.

The town of Pézenas prides itself on its past, reflected in its interesting little streets and its mansions which have remained unchanged since the 17th century.

Shops, café/bar, restaurant 220 yards (200m) and beach 21.7 miles (35km).

Lounge/diner, kitchen, bathroom with shower over bath and basin (no toilet), separate toilet and basin, separate toilet, 3 bedrooms: 2 double, 1 plus single pull out bed, 1 twin.

  1. This fantastic property lives up to all expectations. The owners are very welcoming and look after you but do not interfere. I would suggest reading the very helpful manual, its a must, lists all local amenities and day trips. Been to this property twice and look forward to returning again in the future. Aug 2011.
  2. Lovely pool and comfortable sunbeds. Quirky furnishings but lots of space indoors and outdoors. Cottage is on edge of village a few moments away from acres of vineyards and beautiful views. Aigues Mortes (walled town) is worth a day trip, as well as small beach resorts near Montpellier, and the Petit Camargue where you can see wild flamingos. The viaduct at Millau (designed by Norman Foster) is very impressive if you like that sort of thing! May 2011.
  3. The property has a wow factor, making the long drive well worth it. Aug 2010.
  4. Lots of places to visit, including lovely beach at Sete, within easy distance. May 2009.
  5. The pool was cleaned almost every day and the owners provided wine, grapes and home grown tomatoes - they couldn’t have been more helpful. Aug 2008.
  6. A very pleasant situation, with a shaded, secluded patio for meals. The owners lived next door and were very helpful and friendly. June 2007.
  7. Facilities in the house were very good. The pool was a real benefit - a necessity with the temperature around 30. Very relaxed environment. July 2008.
  8. The bedrooms especially in this property were excellent. The beds were of good quality, and the bed linen was in good order and very clean. The property overall was very clean and in excellent condition. The kitchen was very well equipped. June 2006.
