1. These terms and conditions should be read with the Booking Conditions and insurance information in our brochures or on our website. Especially note Sections 2, 4 and 7 of the Booking Conditions
2. Offer applies only to bookings for 2014 which are booked before 13th April 2014.
3. The low deposit payable under this offer is £25.
4. Does not apply to properties that sleep 10 or more.
5. The difference between the £25 low  deposit and the usual deposit shown in our main brochure or website is payable with the balance payment, which we must receive no later than 10 weeks before your booking starts, or at the time of cancellation if you cancel your booking. This payment will include all applicable charges as detailed on your booking confirmation, including any insurance premiums and any Ferry costs. If payment is not received in full on time, we can treat your booking as cancelled by you for a non-refundable reason. If this happens, you will be responsible for cancellation charges (as shown in our main brochure or our website) including any deferred Booking Fee, Personal Travel Insurance and Ferry crossings that you have chosen to buy, all of which must be paid immediately.

Situated on the Green Park Leisure Complex with open views over Aberdeenshire farm lands, this detached pine holiday lodge is set in a rural location, approximately 2 miles from the town of Banchory. The surrounding countryside is steeped in history and tradition. Visit Braemar, Royal Deeside and Balmoral Castle (the Queen’s private residence). Fishing and golfing are popular, skiing in winter at The Lecht, pony trekking, walking and cycling are also available. The Whisky Trail is also nearby. Shop, pub and restaurant 1.5 miles.

Living/dining room with patio doors, cathedral ceiling and wooden floor/kitchen. 2 bedrooms: 1 double with en-suite shower room and toilet, 1 twin (5ft zip and link), with en-suite bathroom with shower over bath and toilet.

Electric central heating and electricity included (£15per week November-March). Bed linen and towels included. Travel cot. Cot. Video. DVD. Electric cooker. Microwave. Washer/dryer. Dishwasher. Freezer. Wi-fi. Lawned garden with patio and furniture. Parking (2 cars). No smoking. NB: River close to property.

  5. The attention to detail with regards all aspects of the accommodation was both unexpected and very much appreciated. Comfortable, warm and welcoming from the tea tray and bottle of wine on arrival to the comfort of the seating and beds etc. One of the best holiday cottages I have stayed in with the bonus of dogs allowed. The site was peaceful and well maintained and the area is beautiful with plenty to do and see. I would have no hesitation in recommending this property to friends and family. May 2009.

  8. The accommodation was the best self catering i have stayed in when holidaying in Scotland. The standard and location of the property was top rated. The personal details that the owners gave such as bottle of wine and fresh flowers on arrival as well as guest book and book of information from other guests on what they did and enjoyed were what made the accommodation. The property was clean and fresh and provided the excellent get away from your busy lifestyle due to the location. March 2007.
