This spacious first floor apartment, situated to the side of the building, has views from the balcony of the beautiful fine golden sands of Pentrez, which are across the road. It has an open plan living area with a fitted kitchen and a balcony, and is accessed by a lift.

Just north of here is the lovely Crozon Peninsula. Inland are many pretty granite-built villages with the particular local features of ornate stonework and walled churchyards, the most famous of which is Locronan.

Locally, there is a plethora of activities available; walking, surfing, sand yachting, sailing and paragliding.

Shop, café/bar and beach 5.5 yards (5m) restaurant 3.25 miles (5km).

All on first floor: Lounge/kitchen/diner, shower room with basin, separate toilet, 1 double bedroom.

Electric heating, all fuel and power included in rent May to September, €20 supplement October to April, bed linen and towels included in rent, cot, colour TV, DVD player, washing machine, dishwasher, freezer, microwave, balcony, outdoor furniture, off road parking for 1 car. Sorry, no pets.

  1. This is a very quiet location. The beach is a huge expanse which means you have a long way to go if you wish to swim. It is also prone to bringing in seaweed. Be aware the TV is on French channels only. Comfortable flat, easy access to restaurants. June 2012.

  5. Property was well equipped (although couldn’t find many sharp knives or a chopping board), very clean, reasonably comfortably furnished and in a good location near a lovely beach. We had a relaxing holiday here, but there were lots of interesting places close by to visit. June 2010.

  7. The property was first class, everything needed for a pleasant stay was provided, the owner was great in phoning us for key arrangements and was there to greet us on arrival. Would recommend this property for a quite relaxing holiday. May 2010.
  8. Great accommodation right on the beach front, 2miles of pure sand beach from end to end. Owners holiday home so had everything you could need in it. Great size for a couple not really large enough for more than 2. Great balcony south facing got the sun from 9am to 6pm on September. Very nice owners who speak French. Didn’t request a deposit even though it is stated in the brochure so very trusting people. Secure car parking and nice lift in the property, also very quiet didnt see or hear any neighbours. The shop under the property is a cafe open from 8 - 8 it is again very quiet dont let this put you off the property it is hardly noticable. Sept 2009.
