This traditional detached farmhouse is situated in the Conwy Valley with stunning views of the Snowdonia Mountains. A wonderful holiday home with plenty of character and charm and a wealth of original wooden trusses and beams. There is a large farmhouse kitchen with an Aga, a classical lounge with antique furniture and sun lounge with magnificent views. It has romantic bedrooms, one with a four-poster bed, all tastefully furnished. Activities include a pool table, table football and a farm trail enjoying breathtaking views whilst walking or cycling. Discover delightful Betws-y-Coed with its picturesque local scenery, shops, restaurants, pubs, riverside walks and golf course. It is ideal for touring North Wales, including the mountains, valleys, lakes and watersports of the National Park. Visit Llandudno with its lovely sandy beach, medieval castles and NT properties are all nearby. Shop, pub and restaurant 3 miles.

Open fire in living room included. Oil central heating and electricity included (£30per week October-March). Bed linen and towels included. 2 cots. High chair. Video. Stereo/CD. Microwave.   1. We loved the farmhouse and there was plenty of space for us all to get together or have room for people to have time to themselves. Loads of character, sublime location watching the sun set over the Snowdon hills. Great secure garden for the kids and dogs to race around in. Only minor niggle was that we couldn’t find the farm trail as stated in the property details. May 2011.

  10. An excellent family holiday place. Plenty of space, inside and out. Plenty of equipment and a room for the pool table and bar football game. Very homely, lovely bedrooms, I cannot praise it too highly, give it a try and you won’t be dissapointed. This was an excellent property for a large family gathering. Plenty of room for everyone, very homely, everything you need is provided, even down to dishwasher tablets, washing-up liquid, fuel for the fire etc. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a family holiday.   13. Cosy cottage with loads of room. During our stay the sunroom was littered with toys, it was great to have a room for our small persons! Fantastic views of Snowdon. We got some amazing sunset pictures. Garden was enjoyed by all, including Ginger, Algie, and Biggles (guinea pigs).4 generations had a great holiday. Loved the Aga. Feb 2008.
  14. We have stayed in the house before and love it. It’s really warm in temperature and atmosphere and always clean and tidy. There’s lots of room to have your own space when sharing with a few people but it’s also cosy and intimate. March 2008.
