This impressive, detached villa has been furnished to a high standard, is extremely well-equipped and peacefully located on the outskirts of a lively village, with shops and restaurants within walking distance. Its large shady garden has not only a large private swimming pool (9m x 4m, depth 1m to 1.8m) but also a heated Jacuzzi seating five, a sauna and an attractive small pond.

Located only 8km from the historical town of Perpignan, close to the Spanish border, only 25km from endless miles of golden sandy beaches, with some of the nicest resorts on the coast including Saint Cyprien, Canet Plage and Argeles-sur-Mer.

Whilst in the area visit the beautiful town of Collioure, loved by both Picasso and Matisse. Also enjoy excellent walking in the Albères, or the high mountain peaks of the Pyrenees, where the scenery is breathtaking, or why not try skiing, available at 80km.

Shops, café/bar and restaurant 0.5km, beach 25km.

Ground floor: Lounge/diner, kitchen, bathroom with walk-in shower and basin (no toilet), 2 separate toilets, one with basin, 2 double bedrooms, one with en-suite shower, toilet and basin, 2 double bedrooms, one with en-suite walk-in shower with toilet and basin, one with en-suite shower, toilet and basin, one plus single bed, double sofa bed in lounge.

Oil central heating, all fuel and power included in rent, bed linen and towels included in rent, cot, highchair, colour satellite TV, DVD player, CD player, wi-fi, washing machine, dishwasher, freezer, microwave, enclosed garden, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, ample off road parking. One pet welcome. No smoking please. NB: Fenced fish pond in garden.

  3. This is a fantastic property. It is equipped with everything you could ever want, a gym, massage chairs, great pool, Jacuzzi, wide screen TV, DVD, wireless internet, table tennis table. It is just wonderful. We had horrid weather, but a wonderful time as there was just so much to do in the house. The garden is also really beautiful with some very unusual birds. Despite all this modern stuff, the house is really quaint and very traditionally French. We loved it. May 2011.

  5. The property was big enough to accommodate a large group, with enough space so that you don’t feel as if you are all on top of each other, but still feel cosy enough to feel like a family home. Aug 2010.
  6. Ideal position on edge of village, quiet but close to road networks & 20 mins from Perignan airport. The house has nearly everything you could want (maybe an extra toilet wouldn’t go amiss) & the Parras are very welcoming & extend the use of all facilities in the garage. This was our 2nd visit & I would go again. July 2010.
  7. It was obviously the owners’ family home and was decorated with their personal effects. It was therefore quite quirky but charming. The garden was lovely and shady and the pool was great. The sports equipment, jacuzzi and sauna were an added bonus. June 2010.
  8. The accommodation and the facilities were superb. The inside of the house was very clean and everything was provided including free internet access. The jacuzzi, steam room, pool (which while you were laying beside it you were wafted with swirls of jasmine) were excellent and well maintained. Aug 2009.
  9. The outside space was fantastic - great sized pool, excellent bbq area, jacuzzi, sauna and gym a great and welcome surprise. Everything had been considered in relation to our stay - all cleaning liquids supplied, all utilities available. Plenty of fridge space inside and out. July 2009.

  11. We have stayed at this property before and this year the facilities were even better and the owner could not be more helpful. I stayed with my husband and daughter and son in law and 4 children. We all loved every minute, because of the pool, jacuzzi, sauna, running machine, exercise bike, massage table, bikes and the owner delivered a table tennis table on our second week, we were never bored. Ther owner is marvellous. The village is lovely and very friendly and just a few minutes away. Also Pezilla wine cave almost on our doorstep. What a result and so cheap. As you can tell we didn’t want to come home. A fantastic holiday!!! May 2008.
