Dating back to the 1700s this beautiful former farmhouse, sits in the heart of Scarborough Old Town. The large Edwardian conservatory opens onto the pretty cottage garden, a delightful sun trap. Beautifully decorated and furnished with huge comfortable sofas in three living areas, a wood-burning stove and formal dining room, this is the perfect location to celebrate that special occasion or family get together.
Scarborough has been welcoming visitors for more than 360 years as it is a delightful bustling seaside town catering for all the family. The award-winning sandy beaches of the North and South Bays are divided by a rocky headland, all proudly overlooked by the 12th-century castle which boasts breathtaking views across the East Yorkshire coastline. A town of immense style and character, Scarborough provides a busy shopping centre, cliff-top walks and a colourful promenade, all easily reached by the Victorian cliff lifts. Beautiful gardens, some of the finest parks, an elegant esplanade and the magnificent spa complex, where the only remaining seaside orchestra still performs, all adorn the town. There is something here for all ages by day or night, with donkey rides, sea front amusements, an indoor swimming-pool, 18-hole golf course, museums, art galleries and top stars performing at the town’s theatre. Nestled in the sleepy cobbled streets, protected by the rugged castle ruins, is Paradise - an ideal holiday location for all the family at any time of the year. Shops 300 yards.

Shower room and toilet. Shower room with 8-foot wide shower cubicle, power shower with body jets and steam room facility, toilet and bidet. Second floor: Double bedroom with 5ft leather sleigh bed, two additional single beds in private alcoves (for +2), TV, views to sea and castle, and en-suite bathroom with corner bath, shower attachment and toilet. All bedrooms have ample fitted wardrobes.

If payment is not received in full on time, we can treat your booking as cancelled by you for a non-refundable reason. If this happens, you will be responsible for cancellation charges (as shown in our main brochure or our website) including any deferred Booking Fee, Personal Travel Insurance and Ferry crossings that you have chosen to buy, all of which must be paid immediately..
