1. These terms and conditions should be read with the Booking Conditions and insurance information in our brochures or on our website. Especially note Sections 2, 4 and 7 of the Booking Conditions
2. Offer applies only to bookings for 2014 which are booked before 13th April 2014.
3. The low deposit payable under this offer is £25.
4. Does not apply to properties that sleep 10 or more.
5. The difference between the £25 low  deposit and the usual deposit shown in our main brochure or website is payable with the balance payment, which we must receive no later than 10 weeks before your booking starts, or at the time of cancellation if you cancel your booking. This payment will include all applicable charges as detailed on your booking confirmation, including any insurance premiums and any Ferry costs. If payment is not received in full on time, we can treat your booking as cancelled by you for a non-refundable reason. If this happens, you will be responsible for cancellation charges (as shown in our main brochure or our website) including any deferred Booking Fee, Personal Travel Insurance and Ferry crossings that you have chosen to buy, all of which must be paid immediately.

Adjoining one another, they are surrounded by a moat and rolling Suffolk countryside, and provide an ideal ‘get away from it all country holiday retreat’, yet lie within easy driving distance of numerous places of interest.
An abundance of picturesque villages are close by including the old wool market town of Lavenham, famous for its Guildhall, medieval buildings and antique shops. The historic market town of Bury St Edmunds, Stowmarket, Hadleigh and the races and stud farms at Newmarket are all easily accessible. The Suffolk and Norfolk Coasts, the Constable Countryside of Dedham Vale and the stunning university city of Cambridge are well worth visiting. Shop and pub 2 miles.

  2. We stayed at Owls end cottage for a long weekend for my husbands 40th birthday with friends and were very pleased when we arrived. The cottage is lovely, very comfortable and has all equipment you could possibly need including a dishwasher. Bed linen and towels are also provided, you will just need to bring towels for the hot tub, which is a lovely extra at this accommodation. We would recommend this cottage highly and hope to stay again soon. Oct 2011.

We did not know Suffolk at all and would be happy to return. There was something for everyone, even the 9/12 old baby. June 2011.

It was beautifully furnished, spotlessly clean and a lot of thought had been put into equipping the cottage with every item that you would expect to find in self-catering accommodation, plus additional things that you wouldn’t necessarily (i.e. child’s step stool, children’s cutlery etc.) Nov 2010.

  14. An excellent property - particularly the large games room which made it suitable both for toddlers and teenagers. Not much space for sitting outside though, as the front of the property is a car park. But good walks in the grounds. Sept 2009.

  16. Owl’s end is a delightful converted barn, enjoyed by all of us. We particularly loved the log burning stove as the evening were quited cold, the heated hot tub was a bonus.
