1. These terms and conditions should be read with the Booking Conditions and insurance information in our brochures or on our website. Especially note Sections 2, 4 and 7 of the Booking Conditions
2. Offer applies only to bookings for 2014 which are booked before 13th April 2014.
3. The low deposit payable under this offer is £25.
4. Does not apply to properties that sleep 10 or more.
5. The difference between the £25 low  deposit and the usual deposit shown in our main brochure or website is payable with the balance payment, which we must receive no later than 10 weeks before your booking starts, or at the time of cancellation if you cancel your booking. This payment will include all applicable charges as detailed on your booking confirmation, including any insurance premiums and any Ferry costs. If payment is not received in full on time, we can treat your booking as cancelled by you for a non-refundable reason. If this happens, you will be responsible for cancellation charges (as shown in our main brochure or our website) including any deferred Booking Fee, Personal Travel Insurance and Ferry crossings that you have chosen to buy, all of which must be paid immediately.

Property Description

This well presented semi-detached holiday bungalow is situated in Forton, Somerset, near the Dorset and Devon borders, and provides an excellent base to explore these 3 counties. Visit Lyme Bay and the famous World Heritage Jurassic Coast for superb scenic coastal walking. Lyme Regis and Charmouth are also nearby, along with many other places to visit including Forde Abbey and Gardens, Cricket St Thomas Wildlife Park and the Cider Mills at Dowlish Wake. Shops 1½ miles, pub and restaurant ¾ mile.

All on ground floor: Living room with French doors and laminate floor/dining room/kitchen. 2 bedrooms: 1 double, 1 twin, both with en-suite shower room and toilet.

Woodburner in living room (initial fuel included). Oil central heating, electricity, bed linen and towels included. Freeview TV. DVD and small library. CD. Electric cooker. Microwave. Washing machine. Dishwasher. Fridge/freezer. Large enclosed lawned garden with patio and furniture. Barbecue. Parking (2 cars). No smoking. Friday to Friday.

  8. This property has to be one of the best bungalows we have ever stayed in, all of the equipment, furniture bedding etc is of the highest quality and in perfect order. The ensuite for both bedrooms is a bonus if sharing with another couple or children. The location was good for sightseeing and is just nicely tucked away from any hustle and bustle.   10. The location of the property was very good for the east Devon coast and Dorset coast.Plenty to do and see, the farm shop and cafe just outside Chard did great food using local produce worth a try. June 2011.
  11. Well presented home, bedrooms/bathrooms very high quality same with kitchen, plenty off road parking, you need transport to travel as you are well out in the country side. Local pubs serve great food and drinks very friendly. Owners were great host. June 2011.
  12. I should have looked the property up on Google Earth to get a better idea about where it was in the village, then we might have found it first time! Couldn’t fault the property and our two dogs were very welcomed. We also found all the local pubs brilliant for eating in, good home cooking. Loved the area and would go again if we can get a booking in before everyone else books it up! April 2011.

  18. Everything you need for a holiday with dogs - enclosed garden, hardwood floors, easy-clean furniture, large field to exercise your dog/s - but also very comfortable for humans! The property is also kept so clean you’d never know people stay there with dogs. Aug 2010.
