1. These terms and conditions should be read with the Booking Conditions and insurance information in our brochures or on our website. Especially note Sections 2, 4 and 7 of the Booking Conditions
2. Offer applies only to bookings for 2014 which are booked before 13th April 2014.
3. The low deposit payable under this offer is £25.
4. Does not apply to properties that sleep 10 or more.
5. The difference between the £25 low  deposit and the usual deposit shown in our main brochure or website is payable with the balance payment, which we must receive no later than 10 weeks before your booking starts, or at the time of cancellation if you cancel your booking. This payment will include all applicable charges as detailed on your booking confirmation, including any insurance premiums and any Ferry costs. If payment is not received in full on time, we can treat your booking as cancelled by you for a non-refundable reason. If this happens, you will be responsible for cancellation charges (as shown in our main brochure or our website) including any deferred Booking Fee, Personal Travel Insurance and Ferry crossings that you have chosen to buy, all of which must be paid immediately.

Walks from the doorstep into the Quantock foothills. Unique Hestercombe Gardens, 4 miles, sandy beaches 14 miles, Taunton 6 miles. Shops 2 miles, good food pub, 1 mile.

Double bedroom with full beams, half-tester bed, and French doors to patio. Single room with walk-in cupboard and French windows. Shower room with toilet and heated towel rail.

  1. Had a great time despite the weather. Our labrador Max loved the garden as had loads of room to run about or he would just sit there for ages. Would recommend for anyone particularly if they have a dog as there are plenty of walks locally or further afield. July 2012.

  18. The location was excellent for exploring Somerset, Devon and Dorset. The cottage and gardens are in a beautiful, tranquil setting. The layout of the cottage is perfect and flows very easily. Everything was very clean. The bed was very nice and comfortable. The owner left a pint of milk and flowers in the cottage - much appreciated. We had a wonderful long weekend there and would definitely stay again. Feb 2010.
  19. Orchard Barn was ideal for a weekend break and we can’t wait to go back. We received such a warm welcome from the owner upon our arrival. The offer of picking daffodils from the orchard to bring home was a very thoughtful touch and very much appreciated. On our arrival we found milk in the fridge so that we could have a very welcome cup of tea which again was a lovely touch. A wonderful holiday and a charming lady. March 2009.
  20. Excellent welcome, all amenities and appliances as described. Bathroom a little on the small side. Rapid attention to minor defects by owners. One sideboard draw stuffed with leaflets and brochures, needs a good sort out!! Aug 2009.
