Customer Comments

Selected comment(s) from customers who have enjoyed staying at this property:
  1. There are 4 bedrooms in this property-1 double, 1 twin + 2 singles which could accommodate 6 people in total. The upstairs double is ensuite with a shower and there are 2 other bathrooms, which means there’s no long waits for the bathroom! The lounge has a circular sofa which we could all use at the same time with no problems. The surrounding countryside is beautiful with horses and chickens, and is very peaceful. Remember that if you have children this is a working farm. As the signs indicate as you drive in "Careful, free range children and animals about". Local pubs provide good food at reasonable prices. Aug 2011.
  2. A spacious, bright and attractive property, which had everything we needed. Lovely enclosed garden to relax in and a gorgeous double bedroom en suite, on the first floor with lovely views. A great base for exploring Wiltshire, very peaceful. July 2011.
  3. An excellent cottage lovely location and very peaceful the owners are very friendly and let you get on with your holiday but are there if you need them. We couldn’t had wished for a better place to stay. June 2011.
  4. Very clean and tidy property with a new kitchen. All comforts had been thought of and the owner was very welcoming. May 2011.
  5. It was warm and cosy. The 3 bathrooms helped with the morning routine!! The kitchen had plenty of pans, crockery, cooking utensils. Dec 2010.
  6. The fact that they had 3 bathrooms was an absolute boon, my daughter-in-law is pregnant and needed the use of the bathroom more than most! Nov 2010.
  7. Overall the accommodation was spotlessly clean, well equipped snd perfect for a family holiday. Oct 2010.
  8. Plenty of bathrooms and toilets. Sept 2010.
  9. Excellent location, for visiting many interesting towns, houses and gardens, as well as Longleat. Peacefull location, privacy from other tenants. Quiet surrondings. Pleasant walk into Warminster through nature reserve. Aug 2010.
  10. Easy reach of main routes/shops etc, but rural clean, functional. Aug 2010.
  11. Light, airy, comfortable. Quiet at night. Plenty of hot water, and efficient storage heating in a cold spell! April 2010.
  12. Lovely big bright bedrooms. Good kitchen with all we needed already to use. Large eating and family area. Aug 2009.
  13. We had such a lovely surprise when we got there. Right in the middle of the country, surrounded by fields and hills, and animals. We had quite a houseful but we didn’t feel cramped and we had to spend quite a bit of time indoors as the weather wasn’t brilliant. We had a toddler with us and we felt it was extremely safe for him. The cottage was very tastefully done and the owner had spent a lot of time putting up pictures on the walls. We had a lovely week and didn’t want to leave. Aug 2008.
  14. Lovely spot in a very quiet location but still close to shops, pubs etc. Sept 2006.
