1. These terms and conditions should be read with the Booking Conditions and insurance information in our brochures or on our website. Especially note Sections 2, 4 and 7 of the Booking Conditions
2. Offer applies only to bookings for 2014 which are booked before 13th April 2014.
3. The low deposit payable under this offer is £25.
4. Does not apply to properties that sleep 10 or more.
5. The difference between the £25 low¬† deposit and the usual deposit shown in our main brochure or website is payable with the balance payment, which we must receive no later than 10 weeks before your booking starts, or at the time of cancellation if you cancel your booking. This payment will include all applicable charges as detailed on your booking confirmation, including any insurance premiums and any Ferry costs. If payment is not received in full on time, we can treat your booking as cancelled by you for a non-refundable reason. If this happens, you will be responsible for cancellation charges (as shown in our main brochure or our website) including any deferred Booking Fee, Personal Travel Insurance and Ferry crossings that you have chosen to buy, all of which must be paid immediately.

Property Description

In an elevated position, just half a mile from golden sandy beaches, this charming property stands in its own large garden and enjoys superb countryside views to the rear. Furnished and decorated with flair, it is extremely well equipped and boasts many fine features, including a delightful conservatory and a small secluded first floor balcony affording views over the terraced garden and countryside beyond. Located close to a main road, Oeston Park is just a short walk from Bude town centre and all its amenities.
This part of the coast is very popular with watersports enthusiasts, and those craving lovely beaches and a classic Cornish seaside holiday. In addition to lovely coastal walks, there is horse riding and a golf course nearby, with fishing, boating and canoeing available on the nearby waterway. Bude is a fine resort and the main centre for surfing, with good sandy beaches, rock pools and a tidal swimming pool. Once a busy port, it stages an annual jazz festival and has numerous good pubs and restaurants. Widemouth Bay is only 3 miles further down the coast and has a Blue Flag beach. The Splash leisure centre, with indoor swimming pool and ten-pin bowling alley, is within a couple of minutes. Shop 200 yards.

  1. Lovely, spacious property which is very well equipped, it feels more like you are staying in someone’s beautiful home rather than a holiday let. Only a few minutes to the sea front and centre of Bude, the weather was terrible but we still thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. June 2012.

  4. A beautiful property in an excellent location. As we were a group of people there was plenty of room for socialising or quiet moments. The kitchen equipment was abundant and good quality, ideal for entertaining. Would highly recommend this cherished property and grounds and will definitely book another holiday in this particular property. Sept 2011.
  5. This property is fabulous -lots of space and plenty to do.Our three older teenagers loved the house and garden and its proximity to the beach and amenities (as did we!). The well equipped kitchen was a pleasure to use and everything we needed was on hand. Aug 2011.
  6. Lovely house - home from home and we had a very comfortable stay. Plenty of parking and great location with a 10 minute walk into Bude town centre and nearest beach. May 2011.

The propperty itself was much better than we expected, it was clean, airy and suprisingly big, the children had the whole 3rd floor to themselves, the decor and the bedrooms were fresh and pleasant. There was ample storage in all bedrooms and we all had a bathroom each. The enclosed garden was stunning, we ventured out further than bude to sandymouth as we preffered the beach. We will definately visit Oeston Park again. (the owners were very nice too). May 2011.
  8. The property is walking distance from the main attractions (seaside, public tennis courts, the castle, pubs and restaurants, the town centre) and only a 15 minute walk from the golf course and main supermarket (Sainsbury’s). April 2011.
  9. We loved the house and the garden. It was in fact much better than we expected from the pictures and description on line. So we were very pleasantly surprised.The house is light, spacious and refurbished to an excellent standard. Everything had been thought of to make it as comfortable as possible. April 2011.
