1. These terms and conditions should be read with the Booking Conditions and insurance information in our brochures or on our website. Especially note Sections 2, 4 and 7 of the Booking Conditions
2. Offer applies only to bookings for 2014 which are booked before 13th April 2014.
3. The low deposit payable under this offer is £25.
4. Does not apply to properties that sleep 10 or more.
5. The difference between the £25 low  deposit and the usual deposit shown in our main brochure or website is payable with the balance payment, which we must receive no later than 10 weeks before your booking starts, or at the time of cancellation if you cancel your booking. This payment will include all applicable charges as detailed on your booking confirmation, including any insurance premiums and any Ferry costs. If payment is not received in full on time, we can treat your booking as cancelled by you for a non-refundable reason. If this happens, you will be responsible for cancellation charges (as shown in our main brochure or our website) including any deferred Booking Fee, Personal Travel Insurance and Ferry crossings that you have chosen to buy, all of which must be paid immediately.

These well appointed and attractive detached holiday cottages lie in the village of Kewstoke, only 1.5 miles from a local unspoilt beach at Sandbay and the National Trust headland of Sand Point. They have been renovated and offer a comfortable and peaceful base from which to explore the surrounding countryside and resorts. Only 3 miles to Weston-super-Mare with its long sandy beaches, aquarium, shops and traditional family attractions, and the smaller resorts of Clevedon, Burnham-on-Sea and Brean. With easy access to the M5, it is a short drive to other coastal areas of North Devon and Wales. The surrounding countryside includes the Quantock and Blackdown Hills, and the Somerset Levels and moors, providing ample opportunities for walking and cycling. Further afield places to visit include Cheddar Gorge and caves, Wookey Hole, the cities of Bath and Bristol, Glastonbury and Wells. All properties: Oil central heating and electricity included (£20per week October-April). Bed linen included. Travel cot and high chair on request. DVD. CD. Electric cooker. Microwave. Washing machine. Barbecue. Parking (2 cars). No smoking. Friday to Friday.

  7. For my purpose - taking my elderly mother on holiday Bramley Barn was perfect, all on one level no steps to navigate. Very good sized bedroom for her with shower en-suite. Could drive right up to the door so she had no distance to walk. The lounge was very comfortable and I can honestly say everything we needed was there. Only one small comment a few flowers in the garden would have been nice but really not a problem. July 2010.

Our stay in Bramley Barn was a wonderful experience, the accommodation is spacious and safe for our toddler Granddaughter, The garden was enclosed which was a bonus and we spent a lot of time in it and using the bbq provided. We spent nine days here, it was the most relaxing holiday we have ever had, there is a great pub just down the road and the seaside resorts of Sands and Weston are not far away either. Well worth a visit. We just loved it there. Mar 2010.

  13. This is the first time we have stayed in this type of accommodation for a holiday. After this experience I don’t know if I would ever do anything different in the future. It was a home from home giving us the flexibility and space we needed as a family. Aug 2009.
