1. These terms and conditions should be read with the Booking Conditions and insurance information in our brochures or on our website. Especially note Sections 2, 4 and 7 of the Booking Conditions
2. Offer applies only to bookings for 2014 which are booked before 13th April 2014.
3. The low deposit payable under this offer is £25.
4. Does not apply to properties that sleep 10 or more.
5. The difference between the £25 low  deposit and the usual deposit shown in our main brochure or website is payable with the balance payment, which we must receive no later than 10 weeks before your booking starts, or at the time of cancellation if you cancel your booking. This payment will include all applicable charges as detailed on your booking confirmation, including any insurance premiums and any Ferry costs. If payment is not received in full on time, we can treat your booking as cancelled by you for a non-refundable reason. If this happens, you will be responsible for cancellation charges (as shown in our main brochure or our website) including any deferred Booking Fee, Personal Travel Insurance and Ferry crossings that you have chosen to buy, all of which must be paid immediately.

North View is a magnificent detached holiday home, nestling in the perfect location just a short walk away from the centre of Great Malvern. With ample space for extended families wishing to enjoy a shared holiday, North View is without a doubt the ideal property from which to enjoy the delights of the surrounding areas. Malvern itself has many attractions for visiting guests of all ages, including the famous theatre, shopping in the pretty town, enjoying a well cooked meal in one of the many renowned restaurants and bistros, visiting the Morgan car factory or passing a quiet day strolling through the grounds and gardens of one of the many stately homes in the region. The Malvern Hills provide the opportunity for guests to really sample some of the local countryside and have been awarded the recognition of Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. For guests that are wishing to enjoy a leisurely stroll, bike ride or a more taxing ramble, there are numerous footpaths and cycle paths that can be reached within a short distance from North View and really do offer breathtaking views of the surrounding three counties. Malvern’s most famous son is Sir Edward Elgar and guests have the opportunity to follow the Elgar Trail which covers some of the most scenic countryside in the region which was such an inspiration to this famous composer. A little further afield but still only a short drive away are many further attractions including the Three Counties Show Ground, Ledbury which offers Michelin starred restaurants and a renowned food festival, Worcester with its famous cathedral, Regency Cheltenham, Shakespeare’s Stratford upon Avon, the Cotswolds and the Welsh Marches. North View itself is a former family home which offers not only a fabulous location but also comfortable and spacious accommodation for families and friends alike. There is an outside patio area with table and chairs and a gas barbecue for guests wishing to enjoy some al fresco dining, and also private use of the fabulous outdoor hot tub. Shop and pub ½ mile.

  5. An excellent property which was very comfortable and more than we expected. Very suitable for 8 mature adults and 1 dog. Excellent base for walking in the Malvern Hills and 2 pubs very close - bonus. Recommend The Bluebell Inn and The Wyches Inn which are both dog friendly. The girls loved the hot tub especially after the long walks.The owners were very friendly and the welcome gift of the bottles of wine and box of chocolates was much appreciated. April 2012.
  6. The property is a well extended 17th century cottage with enough space and facilities for us not to be tripping over each other (even when there was torrential rain outside). The fact that the ground floor is on three levels adds to its character - I was amazed at how my one year old granddaughter scooted up and down the step between each level. The four year old wants a quiet area like the upstairs landing in her house. The dogs enjoyed the walks across the field - just turn left out of the gate and go over the stile at the bottom of the garden. April 2012.
