Delightful holiday accommodation converted from an old dairy farm building in the grounds of the owner’s property, it has reaching views over the surrounding countryside. Located in a rural community half a mile from Malpas village centre, it benefits from access to 130 miles of bridle paths throughout Cheshire and Shropshire. Within easy driving distance of historic Chester, Nantwich, Wrexham and Shrewsbury. Stables/grazing available on request. Shops and pubs 1/2 mile.

Ground floor: Living/dining room/kitchen. Cloakroom. First floor: 2 bedrooms: 1 double with additional single (for child), 1 twin, both with beams and sloping ceiling. Bathroom with shower over bath and toilet.

Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen and towels included. Travel cot and high chair on request. DVD. Stereo/CD. Electric cooker. Microwave. Washing machine. Tumble dryer. Dishwasher. Fridge/freezer. Patio area and furniture. Ample parking. No smoking.

  3. Very nice cottage with all amenities. Spacious and extremely comfortable master bedroom. Next door to a playbarn so if you have children it would be ideal. We didn’t experience any noise from the barn at all and the day nursery next door was not a problem at all. There are lots of really beautiful walks right from the door. Nov 2011.
  4. Great cottage no problems at all apart from awful weather would return again with grandchildren for Bradleys Barn next door very convinient for Chester 30 minutes and Shrewsbury about 45 Minutes. July 2011.
  5. Fantastic accommodation, really comfy bed and relaxing living space. Everything needed in the property for people with children including the highchair, cot and toys. The location was perfectly located from the playbarn which was free entry and good food and from the village centre and tourist attractions. It was nice to have a welcome arrival too with a free pint of milk for tea! July 2011.
  6. The cottage was excellently site for visiting chester and wrexham, plenty of walks around (if the weather is kind) The pub at the top of the village (Market House) was well worth the visit, food was excellent. March 2011.
