Set in a peaceful rural location, less than 2 miles to the beautiful beach at Praa Sands, they are ideally placed for exploring the dramatic Cornish coastline and countryside, and the many tourist attractions that this area has to offer. The family theme park at Flambards, St Michaels Mount, Land’s End, and the quaint fishing ports of Newlyn and Mousehole are all within easy reach. Visitors can also enjoy wonderful coastal walks along the Lizard Peninsula. Porthleven approx 31/2 miles with shop. Local shop with basic provisions approx 1 mile, pub ½ mile.

All on ground floor: Living/dining room/kitchen with French doors, beams and wooden floor. 3 bedrooms: 1 double (four poster) with en-suite bathroom with shower over spa bath and toilet. 1 double with wooden floor, 1 twin. Bathroom with corner bath, shower attachment and toilet.

Parking (3 cars). No smoking.

The quality of the barn conversion is excellent, it is tucked away in a nice part of the country, on a working farm, and the hospitality - as well as the little extras - are first class. May 2011.
