Enjoying open country views and a peaceful holiday location, it is very convenient for exploring the magnificent North Cornwall coast. Bustling Newquay is only 7 miles, and there is a good choice of beaches within easy reach. The picturesque fishing village of Padstow, 9 miles, has much to offer including Rick Stein’s famous seafood restaurant and boat trips.
The fabulous Eden Project at St Austell will delight the young and old alike with its giant biomes playing host to all manor of exotic plants and rainforests. The cathedral city of Truro, the Lost Gardens of Heligan or Port Isaac are within easy driving distance. An ideal base for a trip to Land’s End, a visit to St Ives with the Tate Gallery, or to discover the open air Minack theatre in the cliffs at Porthscatho. Riding and golf can both be enjoyed nearby. Shop and pub 1½ miles.

  2. This property is very comfortable and finished to a high standard. The location may put some people off as it is situated in a very small village accessed only by a narrow lane. There are no facilities in the village i.e. shop, pub etc, however it is ideally placed to visit Padstow, Eden Project etc. Sept 2011.
