  9. Very thoughtful owners. We went for Christmas and there was a welcome treat of a bottle of wine. Everything was very clean and well looked after. Warm and comfortable. A very quiet location even though in the middle of a large housing complex. 10 minute walk takes you into the centre, plenty of places to eat and shops. We had Xmas dinner in the "Dirty Duck" which was well presented and enjoyable. We would certainly like to stay again in the warmer weather!! Dec 2011.

  13. A great almost central location meaning you can walk everywhere. If you have a car even better lots to do and see in the area. The owners make sure you have everything you need. We requested high chair and cot, and it looked new, also there was a stair guard so we could sleep safe in the knowledge the wee man would not get up and have an accident. May 2011.
  14. The location of the property is perfect - with all the ’Shakespeare’ sites within easy walking distance - literally a few minutes walk to all sites, the canals, walking along the river Avon, loads of eateries, and a wide range of ’olde worlde’ drinks venues. The visitor is spoilt for choice. The property itself is in excellent ’home-from-home’ condition with all amenities and comforts required just to relax and chill over a glass of wine after a long day on foot exploring the world and town of the bard! And don’t forget the neighbouring sites about 15-30 minutes drive away such as the stunning Warwick Castle - worth a whole day visit - and the towns dotted around the Cotswolds, everyone worth a visit. This property is well worth a visit and most guests, including myself, will return again. The hosts have certainly done their homework and are offering a good deal at excellent ’value-for-money’. April 2011.
