1. These terms and conditions should be read with the Booking Conditions and insurance information in our brochures or on our website. Especially note Sections 2, 4 and 7 of the Booking Conditions
2. Offer applies only to bookings for 2014 which are booked before 13th April 2014.
3. The low deposit payable under this offer is £25.
4. Does not apply to properties that sleep 10 or more.
5. The difference between the £25 low  deposit and the usual deposit shown in our main brochure or website is payable with the balance payment, which we must receive no later than 10 weeks before your booking starts, or at the time of cancellation if you cancel your booking. This payment will include all applicable charges as detailed on your booking confirmation, including any insurance premiums and any Ferry costs. If payment is not received in full on time, we can treat your booking as cancelled by you for a non-refundable reason. If this happens, you will be responsible for cancellation charges (as shown in our main brochure or our website) including any deferred Booking Fee, Personal Travel Insurance and Ferry crossings that you have chosen to buy, all of which must be paid immediately.

It is perfectly situated in a central location with lots of superb walking in the surrounding hills, nearby you will find canoeing, fishing, golf, horse riding and sailing on Lake Bala with the delights of Snowdonia less than 20 minutes’ drive. Shop and pub with food 125 yards, restaurant 3 miles.

  4. Min Afon is a lovely house, beautifully renovated with plenty of space, and well equipped. We all enjoyed the games room with pool and table football. There was ample hot water whenever it was needed, even with 5 or 6 of us taking showers right after each other. The groceries supplied for us on arrival were a very welcome touch; it was lovely to be left with enough supplies of washing up liquid/dishwasher tablets/toilet roll etc to get us through the week. The open plan living area on the top floor was great; a really comfortable and sociable space to be together on holiday. Highly recommended! July 2010.

  6. There was a lot of space and light in the property. The decor, fixtures and fittings and furniture was all to a very high standard. The property was warm throughout (which is sometimes difficult in a large, multi-storied home). Feb 2010.
  7. The living room/dining room area was very spacious and attractive. Just what we wanted. The kitchen was very well equipped. The whole house was very clean and the lady who showed us around and held the key was extremely helpful. The village was great and the people in the village shop very pleasant and helpful. No information about things like the rubbish collection/recycling/ how to use the central heating etc. Oct 2009.

  11. Fabulous cottage, absolutely gorgeous living accommodation and the games room was an added bonus. There were 8 of us in our party and there was plenty of room for us all. The locals were really friendly but we had to drive to the next village most days to get groceries as the local shop was very limited. Will definitely be returning! Dec 2008.
  12. Place - went for lots of walks, silver band concert in the church hall for Christmas, asked to go by the local people and they were very friendly. My daughter has taken lots of views for her A level photography and my son has trained for a marathon on the local roads. Such a lovely place and the accommodation was everything we wanted, it was wonderful. Dec 2008.

  14. Cottage was fabulous, accommodation ample for our party of 6 especially the games room. The quality of furnishings throughout was excellent. There was more than enough crockery, cutlery, and cookware for us ro eat inside the cottage. The only criticism was no garden for the children to play in, but the games room (despite the bowling) with the weather being so bad, more than made up for it. Also the open plan aspect of the cottage ensured that everyone was together at all times, even whilst cooking. April 2009.
