Selected comment(s) from customers who have enjoyed staying at this property:
  1. Lovely cottage, well equipped and friendly owners. Area has a wealth of interesting places to visit fantastic walks and views. Oct 2012.
  2. Good cottage friendly owners. Peaceful undisturbed location. Bed on hard side for us. July 2012.
  3. The accommodation was done out excellently, and was lovely and clean and in a beautiful location. The kitchen was well equipped (though dishwasher and oven were a little flakey) and we enjoyed the use of the woodburner to offset the dreadful weather. The local pub, though fairly basic as far as food goes was very nice and friendly. The nearby Symonds Yat is very pretty though getting to it and then parking can be a bit of a challenge - but worth it. June 2012.
  4. Lovely cottage; very comfortable, attention to detail throughout. Friendly, dog loving owners. April 2012.
  5. Best cottage we have ever stayed in. Very well equipped and very tastefully furnished. Local pub good for food and dog friendly. March 2012.
  6. It was a brilliant way to spend new Year, the surrounding area and the cottage was brilliant, the wellcome we had was lovely the owners were very friendly. I would definetly recomend this holiday to everyone. Very enjoyable. Dec 2011.

  8. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Mill Cottage. The cottage is very well equipped and the location is an excellent base for touring this beautiful area. Lynette and Ken are very welcoming hosts. July 2011.
  9. This renovation was done to an exceptional quality, with a mixture of contemporary fittings and individual art work which made staying in the property a joy. The owners were very welcoming, and not intrusive even though they lived on the same plot. In terms of our dog, again the owners were welcoming and relaxed about an animal in their property. July 2011.
  10. Excellent location, fabulous views, Very friendly owners who live next door. Conversion from cider press to cottage completed very tastefully with modern furnishings but in keeping with the style of property. would certainly recommend to anyone. April 2011.
  11. A rural idle. Peaceful rolling countryside. The property was very clean and well equipped. Simple but stylish accomadation. (The wood burner completed a perfect cottage) No complaints apart from the noise of the birds in the morning. The best out of your company we have stayed in out of 8 others. April 2011.
  12. Lovely cottage in stunning location, ideal for a short break. April 2011.
  13. Great location, friendly welcome and helpful hosts. We couldn’t have asked for better accommodation. Very comfortable and renovated to a very high standard. Lots of information about local things to do and see. Oct 2010.
  14. Cannot fault the property at all. Immaculately clean, fixtures and fittings of the highest standard. Open plan interior, light and airy with the luxury of a modern log burner should the climate take a dive. The central heating however, is very effective. Sept 2010.
  15. Well furnished, recently developed property, lovely location, warm welcome. Sept 2010.
  16. Beautifully converted & furnished cottage. Secluded & peaceful location. Friendly & welcoming owners & pub. Sept 2010.
  17. Clean, new, modern. Sept 2010.
  18. The property was located near enough to main roads for easy days out but was in a very tranquil rural location with views across open countryside and a beautiful garden. It was well furnished and cosy with a well equipped modern kitchen. The owners Lynette and Ken were very welcoming and helpful with local information; they even made our border collie feel very welcome! Aug 2010.
  19. Very high standard of accommodation, thoughtful extras such as cling film, hand soap, milk in the fridge and wine in the cupboard. Friendly and considerate hosts who could not have been more helpful. Aug 2010.
