Customer Comments

Selected comment(s) from customers who have enjoyed staying at this property:
  1. We both thought that the cottage was lovely and we were very pleased with it. It was lovely to have a secure garden for the dogs and also excellent that two Labradors were accepted. It was our first visit to Wales and we were bowled over by the area and we are planning to visit again. It only rained on two days of our trip and we planned those days accordingly and relaxed. Our only concern was the steps down, you need to be careful with these. July 2012.
  2. We loved Meredith Cottage - such a lovely cosy cottage to return to after a long day’s walking. The sun room was a perfect place to relax with a book and a glass of wine. The garden was a safe place for our two dogs and the local pub was dog friendly and did lovely meals. Stunning scenery and beautiful walks that could be done from the door as well as being an excellent base to explore Snowdonia and tackle Snowdon itself. June 2012.
  3. Lovely cosy cottage. Lovely quiet area, people very friendly. Nice central for touring North Wales. March 2012.
  4. Property good, owner delt with a problem very quickly and very pleasant, very impressed, enjoyed holiday very much would recommend A**** . May 2011.
  5. Cosy cottage with a lovely woodburner especially welcome on the night we had a power cut! July 2010.
  6. Homely and the area was great. March 2010.
  7. Charming, private and ’Welsh’. Wonderful sun room which all meals were taken in, particularly breakfast where from day one we watched all the local bird life with fascination (bought our own seed to watch them feed). Wood burner used to advantage and cottage very cosy. Oct 2009.
  8. The cottage was cosy and in an excellent location. Aug 2009.
  9. Good central location for walking in forests, mountains and beaches. Secure garden for dogs. July 2009.
  10. The cottage was lovely, location was great for visiting all surrounding towns, some great walks and plenty of places of interest. April 2009.
  11. Located in a very quiet village. The local resturant is outstanding and the pub is very welcoming. April 2008.
  12. It was a great base for walking and a lovely village. March 2008.
  13. Not luxuriously furnished, but that was a good thing as we were taking it was ideal. May 2008.
  14. Perfect base to explore - absolute peace - perfect holiday. Feb 2008.
  15. On our visit to Snowdonia we planned to walk all the "grand" mountains etc but found the local mountains just across the road from our lovely cottage, so beautiful, accessible and quiet that we spent most of our lovely holiday walking locally. We took our 2 labradors with us and found the cottage to be absolutely perfect with a completely fenced in garden for them. The cottage was everything we could have hoped for, clean, snug and comfortable with everything we could possibly need. A fully enclosed garden gave us peace of mind for our dogs. We’re definitely planning to return in the autumn, it was a fantastic holiday in an amazingly beautiful area of Wales. Many thanks for such a memorable holiday. May 2008.
  16. The people in the village make you feel very welcome. The hotel up the road is excellent and owner of the hotel is one of the nicest people we’ll ever meet. Views at the coast or in the mountains are outstanding. A brilliant base from which explore North Wales! Eric our 8 year old Ruby Cavalier King Charles Spaniel says it, the best holiday he’s had so far. So it can’t be bad!!!!! May 2008.
  17. The cottage offered good value for money especially to us, as dog lovers and owners. The garden was great and the dogs enjoyed the holiday as much as their owners! June 2007.
  18. Fantastic cottage, peaceful location, perfect base for touring or walking, will come again. Aug 2006.
